TDSB human rights report says anti-Black racism involved in ‘overwhelming’ majority of hate incidents

The Toronto District School Board has seen a stark increase in human rights complaints in recent years linked to racism — specifically anti-Black racism — with the bulk of complaints launched by teachers, according to an alarming new report.

And the inordinate number of human rights incidents reported by Black administrators is so concerning that the board has launched a separate review, says the TDSB’s Human Rights Annual Report 2018-2020.

“We see a very distinct pattern of a disproportionate number of complaints being based on race, specifically anti-Black racism,” said Jim Spyropoulos, executive superintendent of equity, engagement and well-being at the board.

Black teachers launching complaints? No question then, the TDSB is something straight out of Birth of a Nation!

I always suspected the TDSB’s incessant humble brag about diversity was just a sham.

“Diversity” is a weaponized grift. Used by race hustlers to shake down and demonize the opposition and consolidate power.

But Where Are the Clients’ Yachts?

But Where Are the Clients’ Yachts?

There’s an ancient Wall Street joke about a visitor to the Hamptons who is shown harbors full of the yachts of stockbrokers and bond salesmen. He naively inquires, “But where are the customers’ yachts?”

We might ask the same question about the clients of diversity consultants.

These days, we are constantly lectured that hiring more diversity is the route to riches. Studies, we are assured, prove that organizations that employ more blacks, women, or whatever will make more money.

Yet the people who get paid to tell us that diversity-inclusion-equity (DIE) is good for us seldom can remember documented examples of organizations that gained an enduring competitive advantage by fighting racism or sexism.

Canada military trumpets diversity … with picture of eight white men

“Conversations on diversity, inclusion, and culture change are not incompatible with our thirst for operational excellence. I count on my senior leaders to champion culture change,” admiral Art McDonald, recently wrote on Twitter. “Diversity makes us stronger, inclusion improves our institution.”

Unfortunately, that stirring message was somewhat undercut by the accompanying photograph of the meeting – which showed eight white men sitting round a table.

Coca Cola Abandons American Ideas

Now that we have entered the new world of diversity, inclusion and equity, the acronym DIE aptly applies.  While schools have long been involved in these activities, businesses have now voluntarily adopted or been forced to accept this left-wing ideology as well.

Consequently, Coca-Cola has sent out notices to law firms demanding that the company will “require diversity among law firms who bill it for work in the United States and reduce payments if they do not comply.”

Caitlyn Jenner lined up for role in new Sex and the City to make it more ‘diverse’

Caitlyn Jenner could be set for a cameo role in the new Sex and the City revival.

The I’m A Celebrity fave is top of the list to appear in the reboot of the hit show, sources say.

Bosses are thought to want to make it as diverse as possible after the old series and films were criticised for not being inclusive.

Voters Blocks

I believe that this was said before:

Immigrants are more likely to apply for citizenship to vote rather than to seek a Canadian passport, says in-house research by the Department of Citizenship. Foreigners said they prized the country’s freedom of speech: ‘It was for my children.’

People who care about their children recognise the reasons why they left their former countries and do not repeat the mistakes that made them unlivable in the first place.

No, this is about keeping certain persons or parties in power, hence the ethnic and sectarian divide and conquer.

Parachute a non (insert ethnic identity here) into (insert previously mentioned ethnic identity here) and run solely on the issues.

Let’s see who votes for the issues then.

Teachers needed from more diverse backgrounds, says Ottawa school board report

The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board should promote the hiring of teachers who are from diverse backgrounds, says a draft policy under consideration by trustees.

The document sets out general principles to be considered when hiring, including “promoting the hiring of staff from under-represented groups and staff with demonstrated experience, including lived experience, working with Indigenous people or equity seeking groups.”

Canadian Forces reject recruitee over a 2019 op-ed he wrote about diversity

Last year, an op-ed appeared in the Vancouver Sun titled “Ethnic diversity harms a country’s social trust, economic well-being, argues professor.”

The author of the piece, Mount Royal University geography instructor Mark Hecht, reviewed current research on the issue of ethnic diversity and social trust, and posited that immigration policy should be informed by norms of cultural compatibility and cohesion.

Who would want to join the CAF nowadays? Only a masochist perhaps as they are likely a protected group.

Below is a link to the original piece written for Post Media and subsequently spiked;

Why Is Diversity and Multiculturalism Horribly Unworkable?

“Diversity within a nation destroys unity and leads to civil wars,” said social scientist Garret Hardin. “Immigration, a benefit during the youth of a nation, can act as a disease in its mature state. Too much internal diversity in large nations has led to violence and disintegration. We are now in the process of destabilizing America and most Western countries. The magic words of destabilizers are ‘diversity’ and ‘multiculturalism’.” [You might add “multiple languages that create linguistic chaos.]
