As the trial opens for the man accused of stabbing young Matisse to death on April 24th last year, the case is one in a series of crimes that have become symbols for a disturbing trend in France. A new report submitted to the government highlights the sharp rise in attacks with bladed weapons, many committed by increasingly younger perpetrators—some of them minors. The authorities seem completely powerless to stop this dramatic trend.

From London to New York, Islamic enforcers are claiming the streets.

The recent arrest of a Jewish man for holding a placard mocking Hezbollah’s now deceased leader, Hassan Nasrallah, has triggered outrage. It has also raised serious questions about the Metropolitan Police’s approach to policing protests in London, particularly those involving extremist or anti-Semitic elements.

This past week, The Abraham Global Peace Initiative hosted a powerful and inspiring gala at Toronto’s historic Casa Loma. The keynote speaker, former Israeli UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan, addressed a sold-out crowd made up of proud Canadians — many of them children and grandchildren of Holocaust survivors. They gathered to counter hate, intolerance and to promote human rights and peace in the Middle East. But outside, a dangerous scene unfolded: a mob of radicalized agitators, emboldened and hateful, hurled slurs and threats at our guests simply for being Jewish.

“Why is this allowed,” a pro-Israel area resident walking her dog asks police, gesturing to the demonstration outside Casa Loma. “Peaceful? I can hear it from my house.”

He’s not wrong about the attitude of government in Canada at all levels and he’s also right about the media but that brag about helping Syrians is not the flex he thinks it is.

For years radicals have been trying to insert themselves into our education system.

These are the people who teach that 2+2= racist. That’s not a joke; it’s something that happened.

Now, our education system and the organizations that support it are being used as ways to bring the conflict in the Middle East into the classroom.

In recent years, not a week has gone by without a jihadist terror attack in some European city being reported in the news. Most of the perpetrators turn out to be failed asylum seekers, highlighting the fact that Western European governments have failed to protect their own citizens by mismanaging the migration crisis that started a decade ago—failing to stop illegal migrants from entering, and failing to deport those who have no right to stay.
