Lying Lammy says he told JD Vance his Nowak comments were ‘wrong’

Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy has said he called US Vice-President JD Vance to tell him he was “wrong” in the comments he made about the murder of teenager Henry Nowak.

Vance blamed the death of the 18-year-old British student, who was fatally stabbed by Vickrum Digwa last year, on the “mass invasion of migrants” and said the “only response” was “righteous anger”.

Lammy told the BBC he had spoken to Vance on Saturday and told the vice-president the killing “has got nothing to do with mass migration”

Lammy is a racist who Defends Two Tier policing.

Liberal Momentum Slows as Approval, Optimism, and Carney’s Ratings Retreat

This latest wave of Abacus Data’s federal political tracking finds the political environment becoming more competitive after several months of steadily improving conditions for Prime Minister Mark Carney and the Liberal government.

Government approval has fallen noticeably from its record high. Carney’s personal ratings have softened. The Liberal lead over the Conservatives has narrowed. At the same time, Canadians have become less optimistic about the direction of the country, reversing some of the gains we have seen since Carney became Prime Minister.

Even the Elbow Zombies will wake up and smell the ersatz coffee eventually.

America added 172,000 jobs in May under President Trump. Meanwhile, in the Democrat-run, left-wing entertainment industry, thousands of jobs were lost.

The national job gains “were not felt across industries,” reports the far-left Deadline. “Jobs in movies and music fell by 2,700 to 328,000, and employment among broadcasting and content providers fell by 4,000 to 333,200. The figures come from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.”

Toronto City Councillor James Pasternak says that he has been told by police that they will not allow the same “Gauntlet of Hate” to hector Jews to occur at the Walk with Israel as it did one year ago.

On the blood-soaked morning of June 6, 1944, the fate of World War II hinged not only on generals but also on thousands of ordinary people who fought their way onto the beaches and into the skies over Normandy, France, or otherwise joined in what became the largest seaborne invasion in history.

Over the years, the ranks of those who witnessed D-Day have thinned, and the event has receded from living memory into the realm of archives — and obituaries.

Half a million Canadians migrated to Alberta over 30 years, making it the country’s most popular province

Alberta is the most attractive destination for Canadians who move between provinces, while Newfoundland and Labrador is the least, a new study shows.

The Fraser Institute report measured that movement, known as interprovincial migration, over the 30 years from 1995 to 2024 using Statistics Canada data. It counted only moves within Canada, not immigration from abroad.

Knowing full well how much leverage there is in Britain in crying racism, Digwa did just that.

The Nowak murder is many things: disgusting, yowling abuse of all that is precious about our liberal democracy, a mockery of Enlightenment values and a human tragedy with the resonance of an Euripides play.

Canada is fast becoming the mirror image of England.

Ukraine: Russian drone hits nuclear-fuel storage facility

A Russian drone has struck a storage facility for spent nuclear fuel near the disused Chernobyl (Chornobyl) plant, Ukrainian officials said on Sunday.

The UN’s nuclear watchdog, the IAEA, said it had been informed of the attack and that radiation levels at the site had remained stable.

The facility is located around 15 kilometers (9 miles) from the Chernobyl plant, the site of the world’s worst nuclear disaster in 1986.

This Tuesday, after several days of dodging questions about the “technical” recession Canada is in (which is kind of like claiming a woman is “technically” pregnant), Prime Minister Mark Carney finally admitted the country’s economy was a bit patchy. The word he used is “bumpy.”

But Carney had an explanation. The recession wasn’t the culmination of 11 years of failed Liberal policy. No, no, no. It was the result of the caps his government had placed on out-of-control immigration.

Manhunt continues after 12 people shot near festival in Ohio

Police say they are searching for suspects after at least 12 people were shot near a festival in Toledo, in the midwestern US state of Ohio.

The Toledo Police Department said 10 people “are reported to be in stable condition, while two remain in critical condition”.

It said it responded to a report of a shooting near the Old West End Festival at around 17:37 local time (21:37 GMT) on Saturday.

Toledo Deputy Police Chief Joe Heffernan said it appeared that two people fired weapons and they were “probably shooting at each other”.

Toronto best be prepared for a summer of World Cup suffering

This week, FIFA announced a change to its World Cup code of conduct. From now on, refillable water bottles will not be permitted in stadiums. It’s a safety issue, apparently. It doesn’t trust that you savages won’t chuck them at the refs. Stay tuned for upcoming bans on belt buckles, phones, shoes and loud voices.

This water-bottle news dropped at the same time as the medium-range weather forecast. Canada’s opener in Toronto next Friday – kickoff is at 3 p.m. ET – is likely to start in temperatures cresting 30 C.

The conviction of Henry Nowak’s killer and the release of police bodycam footage showing the 18-year-old student’s final moments in police custody have sparked outrage from politicians and the public.

The tragic loss of Nowak’s life was dramatically compounded by the injustice that led to it. Here was an innocent young man who died as a result of an aggressor using false allegations of a racist attack – and of the police swallowing those lies, and acting on them to the extent that they ignored Nowak’s desperate cries that he had been stabbed and couldn’t breathe.
