Biden judge drops case against Chinese spy for “no reason” – other than Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Last week, acting U.S. Attorney Phillip Talbert dismissed a visa-fraud case against Chinese national Juan Tang, whose trial was set to begin July 26 in Sacramento. According to the Sacramento Bee, Talbert declined comment and assistant U.S. Attorney Heiko Coppola “gave no reason for seeking the dismissal.” The surprise move had nothing to do with any new evidence in the case, and everything to do with anti-Trump politics.

Iraq PM: We don’t need American combat troops any more

The Iraq war “officially” ended in December of 2011 under the tenure of Barack Obama. (Well, the actual war against the government of Iraq under Saddam Hussein was over in about four weeks, but that’s a debate for another day.) Despite that fact, we’ve still been suffering troop casualties there ever since we went back in to combat ISIS and Iranian terror militias. Is that finally about to come to an end? That’s what the Iraqi Prime Minister is making it sound like. Mustafa al-Kadhimi is planning to meet with President Joe Biden in the coming week to discuss the future of America’s military presence in his country. While he believes we should remove our remaining combat troops, he would still like American military personnel around to train Iraq’s own military forces. So is this it? Are we really leaving?

Biden Administration Gives Assist to Jihadist Student Visa Holders … and Worse

Jihadist hate for Jews allegedly inspired 24-year-old Egyptian Khaled Awad on July 1 to viciously stab Boston area Rabbi Shlomo Noginski outside a Jewish day school. Suffolk County authorities were planning to charge the Egyptian chemical engineering student with domestic terrorism-related hate crimes, and the father-of-12 rabbi is recovering from his eight stab wounds.

But this latest attack should not yet fade from public view without note that it squarely underscores a Biden administration move less than a week later that almost surely will condemn more Americans to Rabbi Noginski’s fate.

America Has Lost the Trade War with China, and the Real Pain Has Yet to Begin

China is laying siege to the USA by slowing down production and delivery of goods. It doesn’t take much to hang up US production, just one missing item can do it. So much stuff is sourced through China they can affect all supply chains. Semiconductors are just the canary–because the chains are so long and complex, and specialized materials are required, etc. But it is happening everywhere.

The cost of shipping a container from China to the USA has risen from $4,000 to $17,000 and is expected to rise more.

About 100 CIA officers and family have been sickened by Havana syndrome

About 100 CIA officers and family members are among about 200 US officials and kin sickened by “Havana syndrome”, the CIA director, William Burns, said on Thursday, referring to the mysterious set of ailments that include migraines and dizziness.

Burns, tapped by Joe Biden as the first career diplomat to serve as CIA chief, said in a National Public Radio interview that he had bolstered his agency’s efforts to determine the cause of the syndrome and what is responsible.

The CIA has tasked a veteran officer involved in the decade-long hunt for Osama Bin Laden to investigate the so-called “Havana syndrome” afflicting US spies and diplomats overseas, the Wall Street Journal reported.

CIA Director William Burns recently selected the intelligence officer, who has not been identified, to lead a task force to investigate the unexplained symptoms, the Journal reported on Wednesday, citing “current and former officials familiar with the matter.”

Feds detail alleged Chinese cyberattacks on American pipelines starting in 2011

The Biden administration has revealed new details of Chinese cyberattacks on American critical infrastructure starting nearly a decade ago, amid an ongoing effort to expose what the U.S. and its allies say is the extent of China’s malicious cyber actions aimed at the U.S. and other foreign targets.

China-sponsored attackers targeted U.S. oil and gas companies from December 2011 to 2013 in order to develop the cyberattack capabilities needed to disrupt and damage U.S. pipeline operations, according to an alert issued Tuesday from FBI and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. The federal government said it previously informed victims and others of the cyberattacks in 2012 but had not made public the full details until this week.

Arabs Warn Biden: The War on Terrorism is not Over

As the United States prepares to complete its withdrawal from Afghanistan by August 31, 2021, a growing number of Arabs are worried that the American move will not only bring the Taliban back to power there, but also lead to the re-emergence of other Islamist terrorist groups such as Al-Qaeda and Islamic State (ISIS).

The Arabs are saying that the Americans are mistaken if they think that the war on terrorism will end with the withdrawal of the US troops from Afghanistan.

They are warning the US that it will pay a heavy price for allowing Afghanistan to fall into the hands of terrorist groups. They are also saying that they see no difference between the Taliban, Al-Qaeda and ISIS, and how these groups openly cooperate with each other.
