Larry Maher: Weak leadership and lax immigration policy is tearing the fabric of Canadian society

Canada is undergoing a quiet but profound erosion of national cohesion, authority and cultural confidence. At every level of government, political leadership has increasingly substituted ideological appeasement for the basic responsibilities of maintaining social order, enforcing the law and protecting the integrity of Canadian citizenship.

For much of the 20th century, Canada’s immigration model was focused on bringing in the skilled workers and families who wanted to come to build a better life. Newcomers were expected to join a shared national project, not to import unresolved conflicts or establish parallel political identities. Yet over the last decade, that balance has shifted dramatically.

Sweden aims to lower age of criminal responsibility to 13 as gangs recruit children

Sweden is moving forward with plans to lower the age of criminal responsibility from 15 to 13 in serious cases as it grapples with a growing number of children recruited into gangs to carry out violent crimes without facing serious legal repercussions.

Justice Minister Gunnar Strommer said the country was in an “emergency situation” and stopping the use of children in criminal networks was a “crucial task” for the government.

But several authorities, including police, prison officials and prosecutors, have opposed the plan, with some worried that it may lead to even younger children becoming offenders.

CSIS warned immigration posed security risks in secret 1988 memo

Canada’s spy agency warned nearly four decades ago that rising immigration levels could undermine national security, according to a newly released CSIS memo that flagged the immigration stream itself as a growing source of threats.

Blacklock’s Reporter says the six-page, heavily censored 1988 document, obtained through Access to Information, concluded that immigration flows from politically unstable regions were likely to generate security risks for Canada.

Most Britons lack trust in people with “different values” or from “different cultures”

Three in four people in the UK are “unwilling or hesitant” to trust someone who has different values or is from a different cultural background, according to a survey.

Distrust “is the new default instinct” in UK society, according to the Edelman Trust Barometer, which examines the trust that people have in business, government, media and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).

Its report revealed a deepening erosion of trust as “grievance has devolved into insularity” across the developed world.

Amelia Rockwell – Can an AI Chick Save England?

In recent days a video with an AI-generated young English lady – notable for her purple hair – has “gone viral.” Why?

It encourages the English – in particular, young men – to liberate their country from the Keir Starmer-led Globalist and Islamic takeover – which has already fundamentally transformed that “democratic” nation into an authoritarian state, one on the way to full-blown Globalist totalitarianism (with a side of caliphate-status).

Drug Gangs, Child Gunmen and Antisemitic Abuse — Welcome to Marseille

Marseille

What mass migration without integration has produced in France’s second city, and what it now tells us about Europe’s future

Marseille has become a case study in how disorder embeds itself when authority retreats unevenly. This is not about perception or media framing. It is about sustained violence, parallel authority, and the normalisation of behaviour that would once have triggered national alarm.

In 2023, Marseille recorded its deadliest year on record for drug-related violence, with more than 50 killings directly linked to narcotics trafficking. Prosecutors and investigators described the city as operating under a regime of “narcobanditry,” in which criminal networks control territory, regulate access, and enforce discipline.

More than one million Chinese with U.S. citizenship who grew up in communist China will soon start voting in American elections, #1 New York Times bestselling investigative journalist and Breitbart News Senior Contributor Peter Schweizer reveals in his new book, The Invisible Coup: How American Elites and Foreign Powers Use Immigration as a Weapon.

In his explosive new book, Schweizer details how Chinese elites have exploited America’s birthright citizenship policies by engaging in a practice known as birth tourism, whereby Chinese mothers intentionally travel to the United States give birth on American soil so that their newborn children will automatically be granted U.S. citizenship.

How Mass Migration Destroyed Sweden’s Scandinavian Utopia

Not so long ago, Sweden used to be leftists’ favorite example of effective government: It had a generous welfare system, boasted a highly educated population, and just seemed a little classier and cleaner than most parts of the United States. True, it then had a small, homogenous population of law-abiding, productive citizens, but most admirers conveniently ignored this key detail.
