Surrender!
Without even a single shot being fired.
Without a murmur of protest.
That is what Mark Carney has done with his lame capitulation to the Dictatorship of China.
This is Haryana (India). Here these morons throw these pins under trucks and busses (heavy transport) on the plea that these pose threat to cows in the area. The trucks invariably topple as can be seen in this video. They have killed 85 people so far in the month of January 2026.… pic.twitter.com/2ax1BfFZ07

A Minneapolis protester allegedly stole a pricey camera from conservative provocateur Nick Sortor — who chased down the suspected thief and was dragged by her car as it swerved onto the sidewalk, according to shocking video.
In a post shared on X, Sortor said the woman was part of a group that followed him and his crew around the Twin City all day — until one of them boldly snatched his camera out of his hand while he was driving down the street.

Canada and China have had a difficult relationship for years. Many Canadians have a real lack of faith and trust when it comes to China’s role as an honest broker and reliable trade partner — and understandably so.
Prime Minister Mark Carney clearly felt differently. The still-very-green prime minister somehow believes he’s identified the key to dealing with the Chinese Communists on a level playing field: give them everything they want, and more.

At least 39 people have died and dozens more have been injured after two high-speed trains collided in southern Spain, the country’s Civil Guard has said.
The accident near the city of Córdoba, in southern Spain, has been described by local officials as Spain’s worst rail crash in more than a decade.

A former Ontario teacher says she has settled a defamation lawsuit against her previous school board after the board chair called her “transphobic” when she tried to raise concerns about the content of some books in school libraries.
The Ontario Court of Appeal had in November 2024 permitted Carolyn Burjoski’s defamation lawsuit against the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) and former school board chairman Scott Piatkowski to proceed, after the school board appealed an earlier court decision allowing the case to go ahead.

Canadians are increasingly pessimistic about housing, with most saying federal plans will not make homes more affordable or accessible, according to internal polling obtained by Housing Minister Gregor Robertson’s department.
Blacklock’s Reporter says the research found housing costs and shortages are now a dominant source of stress for households, with many believing home ownership is either unattainable or would require taking on crushing levels of debt.
Renters, the report said, are trapped in tight markets marked by low vacancy rates, rising prices and, in some cases, deteriorating living conditions.
Thank the Liberal Party.

Yesterday, Trump shocked Nato allies with a threat this weekend to impose tariffs on Denmark and a range of other Nato allies if they refuse to cede Greenland to the US. In response, the former Danish prime minister and Secretary-General of Nato, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, told the Financial Times that: “Since childhood, I have considered the United States as the natural leader of the Free World. I’ve even spoken about the US as the world’s policeman… Now we see the United States use a language that’s pretty close to the gangsters that they should control in Moscow, Beijing etc.”

Entrepreneurialism while black does not go over well for a young man in Louisville, Kentucky trying to open a business in a community that’s almost entirely comprised of white leftists. Here’s the story, from Cam Edwards at BearingArms…
First of two. Go here for part 2.

The saga of how one extended family transformed their wealth from China into roughly $60 million worth of property in Canada, specifically in Metro Vancouver, has come to light in a lawsuit that has been working its way through B.C. courts.
The case, presided over by B.C. Supreme Court Justice Gordon Funt, tells a remarkable story that blends the trans-national transfer of huge sums out of China with the yearning of migrating families for a more secure lifestyle abroad.

In yet another blow to Britain’s reputation on the global stage, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has curbed state funding for its citizens seeking to enrol at UK universities, over concerns they will be radicalised by Islamists.

A nurse who was suspended for calling a transgender paedophile ‘Mr’ while treating him as a patient could be sacked for speaking out about the ordeal.

CALGARY — While the Liberal government formally announced the start of its nationwide firearms gun grab program for individuals in Montreal on Saturday, it remains to be seen how enforcement will be initiated in the Prairie provinces.
