Spanish voters are embracing remigration

Spain has long lagged behind its neighbours when it comes to Europe’s Right-wing populist shift, but that may be about to change. New polling has Right-wing party Vox rising to 18.9% of the vote — a gain of 5.7 percentage points since last month. It is no coincidence that, earlier this month, Vox vowed to deport eight million foreigners from Spain should it win the next election. This tougher stance echoes the embrace of “remigration” policies by parties such as Germany’s AfD, marking a sharp shift in Spain’s debate over immigration.

Elite Economist Admits: Trump‘s Deportations Push up Citizens‘ Wages

President Donald Trump is pushing up wages for millions of Americans by ending the federal welcome for millions of illegal migrants, says a pro-migration economist at a Washington, DC, think-tank.

“We’re going to see stronger wage growth in some occupations, stronger wage growth in the agricultural sector, stronger wage growth for home health workers,” said Wendy Edelberg, a “senior fellow” at the elite-funded Brookings Institution in Washington, DC.

Frostbite and fear: Inside a journey into Canada with human smugglers

Chidi Nwagbo says he made a “stupid” decision paying human smugglers to get him into Canada that left him permanently scarred and in the hands of the very U.S. immigration authorities he was trying to flee.

The 57-year-old says he paid $2,000 US in cash to a human smuggling organization in New Jersey to escape the immigration raids sweeping the U.S. He says the smugglers lied to him about the dangers of the journey that almost killed him along the borderlands between New York State and Quebec in February of this year.

“If I had known that this would have been the outcome, I don’t think I would have done it,” said Nwagbo in a phone interview with CBC News from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention centre in Batavia, N.Y.

In the US since the 80’s never applied for citizenship. Seems Legit.

Several injured in second night of unrest in Spanish town after vicious beating of elderly man by illegal alien invaders

Several people were hurt in a second night of anti-migrant unrest in the town of Torre Pacheco in south-east Spain after a pensioner was beaten up, authorities said.

Despite a major police presence, groups armed with batons roamed the streets looking for people with foreign origins, the regional newspaper La Opinión de Murcia reported.

The regional government did not say how many people were injured but stated that at least one person had been arrested over the violence.

Moygashel bonfire: effigy of Channel migrants investigated as hate crime

Police have launched a hate incident investigation after a bonfire topped with an effigy depicting Channel migrants was set alight in Northern Ireland.

A boat carrying mannequins wearing lifejackets topped the towering bonfire in Moygashel, County Tyrone. Banners which read “stop the boats”, “veterans before refugees” and “stop illegal immigration” were fixed to the pallets. An Irish tricolour flag was also placed on the tower.

Germany Has To Let Thousands of Afghan Migrants In, Court Rules

Germany’s highest administrative court has dealt a major blow to the government’s migration policies, ruling that Berlin must grant entry visas to thousands of Afghan migrants.

Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul confirmed that the ruling is “legally binding,” therefore Germany has to “honour its promises.”

The decision follows a landmark case brought by an Afghan woman and her family, who were guaranteed relocation to Germany under the federal resettlement programme in October 2023 but have since been stranded in Pakistan.

Calais police fight losing battle to block migrants using lorries

On the beaches around Calais, dramatic clashes between migrants and gendarmes armed with drones, batons and tear gas have become commonplace.

But tucked away in the backstreets, another game of cat and mouse is quietly taking place: between the poorest migrants living in northern France, and the lorry drivers departing for Britain.

Attempts by migrants to enter the UK clandestinely by lorry peaked in 2016, prompting a huge increase in security around ferry ports, truck stops and the Channel tunnel.

The left-wing media’s hysteria revolving around the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s arrests and deportations nationwide had cranked up to the next level. On Thursday’s edition of MSNBC’s Morning Joe, co-host of MSNBC’s The Weekend Symone Sanders-Townsend claimed people will see “racial profiling” as ICE continued to uphold the law. Meanwhile, another claimed ICE was “kidnapping” people.

Co-anchor Jonathan Lemire framed the segment around fear of “high profile clashes” in “Democratic controlled cities” in the country, where ICE was focusing their efforts.

Canada sees U.S. asylum claim surge as both nations harden borders

A growing number of migrants in the U.S. are heading north to seek asylum, even as Canada adopts increasingly restrictive immigration policies of its own.

During the first six days of July, Canadian officials at the Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle border crossing — the busiest land port between New York and Quebec — received 761 asylum claims, a more than 400% increase from the same period a year ago, according to data from the Canada Border Services Agency. The number of claims at the crossing rose 128% in June and is up 82% since the start of the year.

Migrant boat bonfire criticised as ‘sickening and racist’

Not racist at all. Racist is demanding a people allow their country to be swamped by the 3rd World.

A row has broken out over plans to burn an effigy of migrants in a small boat.

It forms part of a bonfire in the village of Moygashel, near Dungannon, Co Tyrone, which is to be burnt as part of the annual July 12 celebrations by loyalists.

At the top is a boat filled with 12 dummies wearing life jackets and hi-vis jackets. A sign strapped to the side of the pyre reads “stop the boats”.

“This is not immigration enforcement. Polish Farmers Leave EU Protests To Join Migrant Patrols on German Border

Polish farmers on protest since mid-May against EU green policies have left their posts in the town of Szczecin, close to the German border, to join the growing Civic Border Defense Movement against the German federal police’s unlawful migrant dumping operations.

Despite PM Donald Tusk reinstating temporary checks on the German border earlier this week—after weeks of initially dismissing the concern as unfounded, right-wing “hysteria”—the scandal and growing diplomatic dispute have not subsided.
