Multiculturalism is the West’s shattered mosaic

In the waning days of 2025, the once-celebrated ideal of multiculturalism lies in tatters, exposed by a cascade of violent incidents and societal fractures across Europe, the U.K., and beyond.

The brutal attack at Bondi Beach in Sydney on Dec. 14, 2025, where a gunman targeted a Hanukkah celebration, killing several and injuring dozens, serves as a grim emblem of this failure.

Described by witnesses as an act of Islamic terror, the incident — perpetrated by a 24-year-old Australian-born son of a long-term migrant — has ignited furious debates about unchecked immigration and cultural integration.

Migrant invasion spells a wretched Christmas for Crowborough

‘TIS the week before Christmas and Crowborough awaits with bated breath a sign, an announcement, a star in the East.

Will some wise men appear or, more likely, will Crowborough only learn its fate when coaches are sighted rolling into its training camp? A camp which only two weeks ago hosted 114 eager cadets for a highly successful training weekend. Such an event will not happen in that location for the foreseeable. Poignant therefore to see some of those cadets marching at the head of the last two Sunday protests in Crowborough.

Poilievre’s unpopularity is untenable; he needs to go

To paraphrase Oscar Wilde, for the Conservative leader to lose one MP can be regarded as a misfortune; to lose two looks like carelessness.

December is becoming a cruel month for some of Canada’s opposition leaders, from Quebec to B.C. Now, with the second floor crossing from the federal Conservatives to the Liberals in under a month, Pierre Poilievre must consider his own future.

Having lost the April federal election in spectacular fashion — including losing his own seat — the hits keep coming for Poilievre as Mark Carney’s Liberals steal not only his ideas, but also his team, leaving the opposition leader denuded and adrift.

Well that’s an unsettling thought. I mean the denuded part.

The knives are out? Or is someone just testing the water?

Shell Oil Sued Over “Causing Typhoon” in Philippines in Major Test Case

A massive ‘lawfare’ claim backed by Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth has been filed in the UK’s Royal Courts of Justice claiming that Shell Oil played a part in a devastating typhoon in the Philippines in 2021. At the centre of the case is a Green Blob-funded weather ‘attribution’ study that claims Typhoon Rai, also known as Odette, was made significantly worse due to human caused climate change. The study has been recently published and is heavily linked to academic institutions funded by the green billionaire investor Jeremy Grantham.

Conrad Black: Trump Will Not Tolerate Foreign Influences Compromising the Integrity of America’s Hemisphere

The Trump administration’s statement of the strategic goals of the United States, published last week in accordance with recent custom, is much more original than the general press response would indicate. It declares the objective of maintaining America as the “strongest, richest, most powerful, and successful” country in the world.

This is a reasonable ambition that does not imply hostility or disrespect to any other country. The statement replaces what is represented as having been the “laundry lists of wishes or desired end-states and vague platitudes about what we should want,” of previous administrations.

RUBENSTEIN: Missing government art, a window into indigenous artifact repatriation

Artworks, including indigenous art, have vanished from a multi-million-dollar federal collection, Blacklock’s Reporter states.

The most disconcerting part of this revelation from the Department of Crown-Indigenous Relations is that jewelry disappeared from an unnamed regional office 30 years ago, only to be made public now. The department, in an Inquiry of Ministry tabled in the House of Commons, would not disclose the total value of items it says are deemed “unaccounted for.”

Trump trade rep targets Canada’s beer and dairy rules in new CUSMA review conditions

U.S. President Donald Trump’s point-person on trade laid out a series of conditions Wednesday that Canada must meet in order to extend the Canada-U.S.-Mexico agreement (CUSMA) when it comes up for a review next year — revealing publicly for the first time what the administration expects Prime Minister Mark Carney to do to keep the pact for the long term.

U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer told the U.S. Congress that CUSMA has been “successful to a certain degree” but there need to be changes before Trump agrees to extend it for another 16 years or revert to yearly reviews, something Canada is eager to avoid given the resulting annual uncertainty.

“I don’t think we can say that USMCA is an unqualified success,” Greer said in his remarks, which were shared publicly after his closed-door meeting with lawmakers on Capitol Hill.

Only the US is taking peace seriously in Ukraine

What exactly is the ‘platinum security guarantee’ that Donald Trump is pushing Volodimir Zelensky to accept? While the full details remain confidential, the deal is described as an ‘Article 5 style’ guarantee after the clause in Nato’s charter that states that ‘an armed attack against one Nato member shall be considered an attack against all members’ and triggers ‘an obligation for each member to come to its assistance.’

Sounds reassuring. Except that little weasel word ‘style’ covers an abyss of real-world back-pedalling and caveats. For a start, Nato’s charter does not oblige members to actually take military action if one is attacked but instead leaves that decision to individual states. The ‘assistance’ required by Article Five ‘may or may not involve the use of armed force’ and can include instead ‘any action that Allies deem necessary to restore and maintain the security of the North Atlantic area.’ Whatever Trump’s ‘platinum’ guarantee may be, it will be less binding even than that.

Canadian neo-Nazi was ‘man behind the curtain’ of global terror attacks, Crown says, calling for 20-year sentence

While a Niagara region man may now be remorseful for producing recruitment videos for a neo-Nazi terrorist group and writing racist manifestos that inspired attacks around the world, the deadly consequences of his actions will live on for years, a Toronto judge was told Tuesday.

Matthew Althorpe “remains a danger to the public,” federal prosecutor Amber Pashuk told Superior Court Justice Jane Kelly during a sentencing hearing, asking that the 30-year-old man be sent to prison for 20 years. The defence, which will present its sentencing arguments in January, is asking for a sentence of 12 to 14 years.

I have no empathy for this guy but I think the use of “inspired” is awfully elastic and his “Global” impact a bit of a stretch.

The “authorities” seem to just make it up as they go along throwing the book at Mr. Nazi but allowing ISIS terrorists both safe return and free-range status because gathering evidence is just so hard Gosh Darnit!

It’s clear the powers that be operate to support a false narrative that “white supremacy” is a greater threat than Islam. The Lib-Left Loves the Muslim vote and making them answerable to the law will upset the ummah.

Without proof “White supremacists” are said to number many many thousands with literally hundreds of groups operating within the fevered dreams of the CBC and worse they harbour  extreme right views such as a curtailment of open borders mass immigration and the deportation of criminal migrants. The Horror!

“At the same time, white supremacists and accelerationists will likely seize on the attack in Australia to spread anti-immigrant narratives, ITAC wrote.”

But why haven’t the “Canadian” Imam’s who openly call for the murder of Jews and the erasure of Israel, some via YouTube accounts, ever been charged?

Do these Imam’s somehow lack the basement Nazi’s reach and are therefore dismissed?  Is evidence from YouTube too difficult to gather?

To date the authorities have hidden behind the religious exemption excuse.

Now they want to remove the exemption but not as said to prosecute Islamists but to criminalize Christianity, the favourite faith of “white supremacists”, mark my words.
