Justice Dominique Kennedy has granted a conditional discharge to a 31-year-old Kitchener man who battered his ex-girlfriend so he wouldn’t be deported to his native India.
And an infidel victim.
First, three Muslim migrants — two Egyptians and one Iranian — filmed themselves getting ready for their big night on the town in Brighton, England. They were living in an asylum hotel with the British taxpayer paying all their living expenses. Properly titivated, they were then off to a nightclub, the Horizon club, for a night of drinking, drugs, dancing, chatting up the Infidel girls, and then, as a fitting finale to the evening of merry-making, in the wee hours, all three of them repeatedly raped a young English woman, in a Muslim spirit of “we can do this!” And, of course, they filmed themselves taking turns at raping her — they apparently had enough money for a video camera — for their future delectation. And once back at the hotel, as a fitting end to a night of such fun, they had a barbecue. And they filmed that, too.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said Berlin will limit the number of Ukrainian men seeking asylum and facilitate their return home.
Speaking at a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday, April 14, Merz said Berlin would work closely with Kyiv on the issue.
“We will work closely [with Ukraine] on issues related to Ukrainian citizens who have sought asylum in our country and facilitate their return home,” he said.

At least eight students and one teacher have been killed and several others injured following a shooting at a school in southern Turkey, Interior Minister Mustafa Cifci has said.
The incident happened at Ayser Calik Secondary School in the Kahramanmaras area, where Cifci said 13 people were also wounded, leaving six in critical condition.

It’s not often that actors talk sense or deviate from liberal-left orthodoxies when speaking on politics, so when they do so, we ought to take notice. And when a thespian makes not one, but two, reasonable points in a single interview, it’s really time to sit up and pay attention.
In an interview in the latest edition of Radio Times, Christopher Eccleston, best-known for his starring roles in Doctor Who, Our Friends in the North and Hillsborough, talks of ‘a great trend in drama at the moment for antagonists who are toxic, white, apparently heterosexual, late-middle-aged men.’
Occasionally, events transpire that seem scripted to illustrate the political weirdness of Canada’s present moment. Recently, there were two. The first occurred when the prime minister himself appeared at the recent Juno Awards to present Joni Mitchell with a Lifetime Achievement Award, praising her as a Canadian icon.
Now, Mitchell ranks among the first tier of musicians of the popular era, and she richly merits whatever accolades come her way, but what stood out here was that she is 82, older even than the Baby Boomers; Mark Carney at 61 is a spring chicken by comparison. Meanwhile, she took the opportunity to return Carney’s praise, while lamenting the political conditions in the United States…where she continues to reside.

NEW YORK — U.S. President Donald Trump posted an apparently AI-generated image of Jesus embracing him on Wednesday, two days after he deleted a post that prompted criticism that the Republican president had compared himself to Jesus.
The image, reposted to Trump’s Truth Social account, shows Trump with his eyes closed, touching temple-to-temple with a similarly posed Jesus. Trump is standing behind a microphone, and behind him is an American flag. The original post had the caption: “I was never a very religious man .. but doesn’t it seem, with all these satanic, demonic, child sacrificing monsters being exposed … that God might be playing his Trump card!”

Officially, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is outraged. “The Carney Liberals did not win a majority government through a general election or today’s by-elections,” Mr. Poilievre posted on X Monday night, as the results erasing his leverage in the House of Commons rolled in. The Liberals swept all three by-elections, less than a week after they seduced the unlikeliest of floor-crossers, Marilyn Gladu, to join the Liberal caucus. “The Prime Minister spent the year on this cynical power grab,” he added.
