A Canadian national who lived in southern California was sentenced to 20 years in U.S. prison on Monday for helping at least a half-dozen Canadians and Americans join the Islamic State group in Syria in 2013 and 2014 — including the first known American to die fighting for the militant organization.

Abdullahi Ahmed Abdullahi directly funded “violent acts of terrorism,” including the kidnapping and killing of people in Syria, said U.S. Attorney Randy Grossman in a statement.

Al-Shaalan’s threat comes at a time of sky-high tensions between Washington and Riyadh after OPEC+ cut oil production by two million barrels per day and the Biden administration accused the Saudi Kingdom of aligning itself with Russia and Putin.

Putin aide warns freeing weed-smuggler Brittney Griner ‘is NOT a priority’ and claims Biden only wants athlete released to make him look good ahead of midterms

An aide to Vladimir Putin has said freeing WNBA star Brittney Griner from prison ‘is not a priority’ for the Kremlin.

The 31-year-old, a two-time Olympic basketball gold medalist, was arrested in February after she was allegedly caught carrying two vape cartridges containing cannabis oil at a Moscow airport by a police dog.

She was sentenced to nine years in a Russian prison on August 4 after pleading guilty.

The whole world treats Biden like an ass.

A recent school board meeting at which about 1,000 people gathered in Dearborn, Michigan, to pressure district officials to censor books with LGBTQ+ themes was in most ways similar to hundreds of other recent book ban hearings across the US.

… At the meeting’s conclusion, Dearborn resident Jackson Wagner stood up and declared that he was gay, and told the audience: “The far right in this country despises us all.

“Dearborn should be a city where everyone knows they’re safe and loved and supported,” he continued. Moments later, boos rained down as he concluded his brief speech, and he was confronted by Anoun, who had to be ordered back to his seat by police.

But Muslims aren’t terrorists like those awful “far-right” parents but I’d suggest a change of address for Mr. Wagner.

Naval ships have faced more than 150 swarming incidents in Pacific since 2016: Report

The Navy has acknowledged more than 150 reports of incidents involving ship encounters with unidentified small aircraft systems from 2016 to 2021, according to The Drive’s The War Zone.

The Navy’s Pacific Fleet released 35 reports on various incidents and withheld another 116 reports officials said were classified in response to a Freedom of Information Act request. All of the incident reports had been reported through the OPREP-3 reporting system between 2017 and April 22, 2021.

Canadian law enforcement surveilling American gun show in Montana?

Last month, between September 22 through 25, an annual gun show was held in Great Falls, Montana. Sizable crowds attended the event to check out the various firearms that were for sale. But the gathering was also attended by someone who raised eyebrows among the other attendees. As P. Garner Goldsmith at mrcTV reports, several people noticed someone in a car with Canadian license plates observing the comings and goings of attendees at the show. The man turned out to be a policeman, but not of the American variety. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

China’s Drug Attack on the US

The Chinese have a very long memory. And a strong sense of history.

If only Americans possessed both, for we would be able far better to understand the enormous consequences of the lethal drug abuse harming America from the massive quantities of death-dealing fentanyl being smuggled into our country, with its origins often a Chinese lab.

The Chinese know full well that a society’s addiction to drugs can unravel a proud nation, stripping away its very sovereignty. When opium was brought to China in the 1700s, the British quickly used the drug as a means of gaining an economic advantage over its new trading partner. The addiction to the drug was so explosive that the Chinese emperor eventually sought to ban it. When his military destroyed warehouses full of the drug, the British responded with a crushing naval attack that became known as a series of Opium Wars.
