The media continue to promote any number of fabricated storylines intended to bolster the laughable narrative of an “insurrection” occurring at the Capitol. The concocted account of the death of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick recently fell apart; the New York Times, after pressure from outlets including American Greatness, effectively retracted its January 8 article claiming Sicknick was killed by a fire extinguisher at the hands of Trump “loyalists.”
According to a new book, Ghislaine Maxwell, the alleged madam for the late accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, refused to help a CBS producer locate videotapes Epstein had made of Bill Clinton because it might hurt Hillary Clinton’s chances of winning the presidency in 2016.

Dinesh D’Souza did a podcast pointing out Nancy Pelosi’s peculiar behavior regarding events at the Capitol in the days leading up to January 6. In the five weeks since then, Pelosi has turned Washington, D.C. into an armed, walled city and is working with the White House to crack down on dissenting views — meaning any views that run counter to the Democrat party narrative. There’s something weirdly un-American about what we’re seeing now.
Just when you thought the radical Democrats in the U.S. Congress were unhinged, they push one of the more reprehensible bills in recent memory.
The bill would intentionally sully the memory of Donald Trump by denying him the right to be buried in Arlington National Cemetery like other presidents.
The “No Glory for Hate” act would prohibit commemorating “twice impeached presidents,” even as Donald Trump was completely acquitted according to America’s constitutional processes.

What took place at the Capitol on January 6 was undoubtedly a politically motivated riot. As such, it should not be controversial to regard it as a dangerous episode. Any time force or violence is introduced into what ought to be the peaceful resolution of political conflicts, it should be lamented and condemned.
But none of that justifies lying about what happened that day, especially by the news media.
The lawsuit alleges that Trump and the others “conspired to incite an assembled crowd to march upon and enter the Capitol of the United States for the common purpose of disrupting” the counting of Electoral College votes on Jan. 6—the day that thousands of Trump supporters laid siege to the U.S. Capitol Complex following a speech by the 45th president at the White House Ellipse.
Like the Russia hoax, impeachment was a false pretext for a national security emergency.
The Democrat impeachment case against President Trump began with the false claim that “President Trump incited a violent mob to attack the United States Capitol during the Joint Session” and concluded with the false claim that he had engaged in “insurrection or rebellion.”
In between these two false claims lay a multitude of lies, misstatements of law, exaggerations of events, false conclusions, and fundamental attacks on our entire political system.
Even more effective than breaking the rules is changing them in your favor.
“The Resistance was great for business” is the engaging title of a recent article by Byron York.
York’s story is about how the founders of the Lincoln Project, rabidly anti-Trump Republicans, allegedly used millions in donations from their unsuspecting supporters to feather their own nests. I use the word “allegedly” advisedly; I don’t know the facts and I am old-fashioned enough to try to avoid falsely accusing someone in print, even if they are “public figures” and thus fair game under modern libel law.
The Lincoln Project’s launch in late 2019 was designed to make a splash.
“We are Republicans, and we want Trump defeated,” four of its co-founders wrote in The New York Times. The organization would go on to raise nearly $90 million for its stated mission of defeating Donald Trump and Trumpism at the ballot box in 2020.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) stated that Congress will establish an independent, Sept. 11, 2001-style commission to look at the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6.
“It is clear from his findings and from the impeachment trial that we must get to the truth of how this happened,” she said in a statement on Monday. “To protect our security, our security, our security, our next step will be to establish an outside, independent 9/11-type Commission to ‘investigate and report on the facts and causes’” of the riot.
Sky News host Paul Murray says Speaker Nancy Pelosi did not want to be called as a witness in the impeachment trial because there is a “substantial amount of evidence” that she was pre-warned about the January 6 riots.
“She did not want to be called as a witness because there is a substantial amount of evidence that she – as the presiding officer – was pre-warned of something might be happening on January 6,” Mr Murray said.
”There is plenty of evidence to suggest that she was not doubling down on security that day, and the former boss of the Capitol Police would have testified to that very point”.
Following Donald Trump’s acquittal, Democrats are considering prosecuting him criminally for the events of January 6 at the Capitol, The Washington Times reported. Democrats and other haters will continue their vendetta against Mr. Trump until he’s bankrupt or dead.
Democratic California Rep. Sara Jacobs told CNN’s Brian Stelter that she felt it was time for a “truth commission” to root out extremism in the United States.

Speaking with CBS News’ Lana Zak Saturday following the acquittal of former President Trump in the impeachment trial in the U.S. Senate, Trump’s attorney Michael van der Veen blasted the media, saying, “You are bloodthirsty for ratings.” At the end of the interview, Van Der Veen simply tore off his microphone and dropped it.
