According to a press release issued by the Attorney General’s office, while non-US citizens are legally allowed to obtain driver’s licenses and other forms of ID, “only citizens are eligible to vote.” Furthermore, the Sec. of State’s office notes that “Voting in an election in which the person knows he or she is not eligible to vote is a second-degree felony in the State of Texas. “
Snipes rescinded her resignation letter on Saturday, which was to take effect on Jan. 4. The letter preceded Scott’s suspension of Snipes on Friday for misfeasance, incompetence and neglect of duty, the Sun-Sentinel reported.
Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes thinks racism was ‘probably’ a factor in the backlash against her for the South Florida office missing Thursday’s recount deadline in a Senate race.

The Democrats are committing voter fraud on a massive scale, and not only in Florida, but in Arizona, Georgia, California and elsewhere. In Arizona, it is already over, and a pro-jihad Marxist Democrat who lost the election will be going to the Senate. In Florida, the Democrats are likewise working feverishly to overturn the will of the people. They are insane in their lust for power, and will destroy even our democratic system to get it.

Florida voters elected Republican Ron DeSantis as governor and Republican Rick Scott as senator on election night. Both were announced as winners and their opponents conceded defeat. But then Democratic lawyer Marc Elias announced that Democrats would be going for a recount and would win the Senate seat.
Secretary Ken Detzner issued the order on Saturday after the unofficial results in both races fell within the margin that by law triggers a recount.
Board of Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes was ordered by a judge to turn over vote counts. The court also found her in violation of state public record laws. The law doesn’t matter to her. She has refused. At the same time, election officials in Palm Beach threatened journalists.
Americans should be alarmed, not only because Heritage has compiled so many examples of fraud—impacting nearly every state and elections for all levels of government—but because this figure is likely just the tip of the iceberg.
State election officials told the Denver Post that 3,394 voters have scratched themselves from the voter roll. Of those who were unregistered, nearly 90 percent were Democrats or independents. Some voters have also requested confidential status, which means their names will be removed when the state releases public voter information.
