While Syria waits for a new dawn, Isis trains the next generation

As the masked guard opened a slot in the door and summoned the British prisoner, a foul smell hit the air outside the cell. Hamza Parvez walked over, complaining that he had only a small bar of soap and a worn towel to wash with.

Nicknamed Hungry Hamza, the 31-year-old from west London had been one of the first Britons to join Islamic State in 2014. He gained notoriety for his social media posts which, alongside videos urging other Britons to follow in his footsteps, comprised reviews of fast food restaurants under the so-called caliphate in Syria and Iraq.

Britain risks creating a new blasphemy law “by the back door” by charging a man over the burning of the Koran outside Turkey’s London consulate, a senior Tory MP has warned.

Robert Jenrick, the shadow justice secretary, warned that the decision by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) threatened freedom of speech which he said must be “prized” even if it was “offensive” to many Muslims.

The Munich attack reveals a terrorised Germany

No nation should be expected to put up with this. The Munich attack yesterday, in which a Mini Cooper ploughed into a trade-union march, injuring nearly 40 people, was the fifth time in nine months that Germans flicked open social media or turned on the TV to learn that some disturbed or terroristic scumbag had slashed or rammed his way through their fellow citizens.

Our elites are leading us down the identical path of Germany, the UK, France etc. We need a Trump.

Germany has lost count of migrant terror attacks – the AfD hasn’t

First Mannheim, then Solingen, then Magdeburg, and Aschaffenburg and now Munich.

Germany has seen so many terror attacks committed by foreign citizens over the past 10 months that it is difficult to keep track of them.

And inevitably, this latest attack will ensure that mass migration and border security remains at the very top of the campaign agenda, ahead of elections on Feb 23.

AfD party is heading for its strongest result yet in Germany’s election

THE EAST MAKES IT, SUMMER SUN REMIGRATION.  Aircraft -DEPORTATION LEAGUE

BERLIN (AP) — Alternative for Germany appears to be heading for its strongest national election result yet this month and is fielding its first candidate to lead the country. Even though it’s highly unlikely to take a share of power soon, it has become a factor that other politicians can’t ignore and helped shape Germany’s debate on migration.

The far-right party first entered Germany’s national parliament eight years ago on the back of discontent with the arrival of large numbers of migrants in the mid-2010s, and curbing migration remains its signature theme. But the party has proven adept at harnessing discontent with other issues: Germany’s move away from fossil fuels, restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic and support for Ukraine after Russia’s full-scale invasion nearly three years ago.

The latest Muslim terror attack will certainly win new followers.

Why Jews are fleeing the West

The rising anti-Semitic tide in Britain and North America is driving Jews to seek new safe havens.

Jewish history has long been defined by migratory movements away from trouble and towards safer places. Over the past half millennia, the safest harbours for ‘the world’s foster children’, as David Mamet put it, have generally been English-speaking countries, first Britain, then especially the US, Canada and Australia.
