Feds to conduct ‘extensive review’ of anti-racism racism funding after Laith Marouf scandal

The Minister of Diversity and Inclusion is taking extra steps to make sure that the anti-racism strategy funded by the federal government does not, in fact, contribute to more racism.

… Hussen’s department is now going to conduct an “extensive review” of the funding that is being distributed through the anti-racism strategy to ensure that no additional funds are redirected to organizations or individuals who promote hateful content.

What a croc. Marouf was hired because he is a racist.

GOLDSTEIN: Canada’s divider-in-chief is Trudeau, not Poilievre

While Conservative leadership candidate Pierre Poilievre keeps getting pounded by fellow leadership contenders, MPs in other parties and much of the media for dividing Canadians, suggesting he is the instigator of verbal attacks and threats aimed at Liberal and NDP politicians and journalists, let’s not forget who the divider-in-chief in Canada is.

Vivian Bercovici: Laith Marouf embodies critical race theory that is so popular in Ottawa

Laith Marouf, who is now an international household name, seems to have had a bad week. After his many antisemitic twitter rantings became a source of controversy for Ottawa, his government contract was suspended. Explaining why he locked his twitter account, he blames three prominent “Zios” myself included, who he says were “directing their attack dogs” to him.

‘Powerful tools of White Supremacy’: Embattled anti-racism group speaks out to supporters

The organization embroiled in a scandal after receiving a $133,000 government contract for an anti-racism project, even though one of its founders had sent a slew of bigoted tweets, has finally spoken out, issuing an email to supporters that says “online and mainstream media are powerful tools of White Supremacy.”

American Express slapped with lawsuit alleging discrimination against White employees

A former American Express employee filed a class-action complaint Tuesday alleging that the credit card company exhibited “callous indifference” to civil rights law by terminating him because he is White and spoke out against its “racially discriminatory” policies.

Brian Netzel, who worked a decade for Amex until he was terminated in 2020, told FOX Business that he sued the company on behalf of himself and potentially thousands of other similarly situated employees following “an avalanche of bad things coming to White people in that company once George Floyd was killed.”

Rex Murphy: What’s the Liberals’ excuse for hiring an ‘anti-racist’ who spews antisemitism?

Here is the essence of the extraordinary story of the Federal Anti-Racism Secretariat and Laith Marouf, its dollar-swaddled beneficiary.

A grant of 133,000 taxpayer dollars is given to the Community Media Advocacy Centre (CMAC) to build an anti-racism strategy for the broadcasting sector. The CMAC’s senior consultant, Laith Marouf, has made multiple antisemitic posts. He is also not kind to Americans or French Canadians. He is a practiced gymnast of vile attitudes.

Years of racist indoctrination and diversity hiring within our government & predatory public service unions are behind the Marouf hiring.

I’m willing to bet that those responsible are shocked anyone could possibly fault them.

Welcome to “Peak Trudeau” – a sick culture that rewards racists.

And don’t for a minute think it will get better because Marouf made headlines.

The Kumbaya Kool-Aid Klan are triumphant. Now shut up and don’t rock the boat.

Video shown to Denver students: Do not call the police in case of racist attack

Students at Denver’s South High School were shown a video that explicitly warned against calling the police in the case of a racist or transphobic attack, claiming law enforcement officers have been trained to view members of minority groups as “perpetrators of violence.”

“Armed police presence often escalates, rather than reduces, the risk of violence in a situation,” the video’s narrator says. “Because police have been trained to see people of color, gender nonconforming folks, and Muslims as criminals, they often treat victims as perpetrators of violence.”

UBC in damage control after hosting federally funded anti-racism talk featuring antisemitic activist

Just three weeks after releasing President Santa Ono’s watershed anti-racism task force report, the University of B.C. hosted an activist now under fire for a history of antisemitism.

UBC’s West Mall Annex was the second stop on Laith Marouf’s six-city, coast-to-coast Building an Anti-Racism Strategy for Canadian Broadcasting tour, which the federal Liberal government granted $134,000.

Ahmed Hussen demands to know how someone else let his government partner with an apparent antisemite

Ahmed Hussen, Minister of Housing and Diversity and Inclusion, is demanding accountability: How could someone else have let his government pair up with a guy who spews noxious, hateful views on Twitter for an anti-racism project? What will someone else do to make it better? And how can someone else ensure that this sort of thing never happens again?

Nothing will change, progressive racists will continue to be hired to teach racism to our progressive public service.

They’ll be a little more careful saying the quiet part out loud is all.

Racist Trudeau government claims outrage at racist ‘anti-racism’ consultant they were praising as recently as April

Top Trudeau government officials are claiming to be blindsided by the revelation that they awarded a $130,000 “anti-racism” contract to a man whose social media accounts are saturated with racial slurs and taunts, but even the barest bit of a Google search could have confirmed that Laith Marouf had a well-established history of hateful remarks.

Bottom line: The Trudeau government has thoroughly poisoned the public service with race hate. This was no accident they just got sloppy.

Utah teacher asks if white parents will accept classroom built for ‘non-white students’

Utah Teacher Is Racist Crank

A fourth-grade teacher in Utah took to social media earlier this month, questioning how the parents and students in a majority-white school would react to her classroom, which she said was “built for non-White students.”

“For the first time in my life, I’m going to be teaching at a majority-White school, and I’m kind of interested to see how students and parents react to my classroom, or if they even notice anything about it, because it’s built for non-White students,” said a teacher at William Penn Elementary near Salt Lake City, Utah.

Berkeley’s House of Color Shines Red Light at Whites

A sure way to create racial tensions on the University of California system’s flagship campus.

The university students at University of California Berkeley’s Person of Color (POC) Theme House love their rules. And they’re not pretty.

As Friday’s Daily Mail and Saturday’s Fox & Friends reported, this residence’s directives include this: “Many POC members moved here to be able to avoid white violence and presence, so respect their decision of avoidance if you bring white guests.”

Another instruction states, “Always announce guests in the [house’s] Guest Chat if they will be in common spaces with you and if they are white.”

Hussen’s Heritage Canada Cesspit

That’s enough, Canada. I’m outta here.

“… Here’s a question of my own: Should federal regulators even be bound to some weird “anti-racism strategy” for Canadian broadcasting? I don’t really know, because I’m not sure what Team Trudeau even means by “anti-racism.” The “anti-racist” instruction materials developed for Global Affairs Canada define “racism” in terms you won’t encounter in the definitions of any presentable dictionary: Only “white people” can be racist.

According to the Canadian Anti-Hate Network, also lavishly funded by Heritage Canada’s Anti-Racist Action Program, it’s only the extremism of the far right that’s a worry. The far left is, well, nice, and last year CAHN was whining about something Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that seemed to suggest that left-wing extremism might also be a global problem. Not so, said the Canadian Anti-Hate Network.”

Lilley: Trudeau hires anti-racism trainer who makes lots of racist comments par for the course

Justin and fellow racist Laith Marouf

Should we be outraged that the Trudeau government hired someone who has said vile things about Jews, French-speaking people, and Black Americans — to name a few — to teach broadcasters not to be racist? Absolutely, but we shouldn’t be shocked.
