Gunmen kill nine in South Africa tavern attack

A manhunt is under way after a shooting at a tavern in South Africa left nine people dead and another 10 injured.

Police said seven men and two women were killed in Bekkersdal, near Johannesburg, after about 12 unidentified gunmen arrived in two vehicles and opened fire at patrons.

The shooting happened at about 01:00 local time on Sunday (23:00 GMT Saturday) and the perpetrators “continued to shoot randomly as [people] fled the scene”, police added.

South Africa has one of the highest murder rates in the world. Sixty-three people were killed every day on average between April and September this year, according to police figures.

RCMP investigating Ryan Wedding, aiming to lay charges in Canada

The RCMP says it is actively investigating Ryan Wedding’s alleged criminal activities, in the hopes of laying criminal charges in Canada against members of the organization.

In the wake of charges in the U.S. against Canadians allegedly tied to the Wedding organization, two senior Mounties told The Globe and Mail that they are continuing to pursue their own probe.

“The outcome that is wanted, of course, is to lay charges here in Canada, if we can,” said Superintendent Marie-Eve Lavallée of Eastern Region RCMP, which is leading the Canadian investigation out of Montreal. “If we have enough to charge here, we will.”

So Canada is only now investigating???

Brown police chief running ‘s–tshow’ department while touting lefty views for years before deadly shooting

Brown University’s police chief Rodney Chatman — a progressive, “toxic,” teddy-bear hugging, chief running a “s—tshow” department — is being criticized for the lax security measures and lack of surveillance that allowed Claudio Neves Valente to gun down two students and get away.

Chatman, Brown’s vice president for public safety and emergency management, has come under scrutiny after the campus security breakdown which saw freshman students Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokob and Ella Cook slaughtered in a classroom of a physics building on Dec. 13, during a study session just before finals week.

‘Non-Binary’ Teacher Refused to Teach 10-Year-Old Son of Conservative School Board Member

The teacher was concerned for ‘their’ personal safety.

In an outrageous demand that turns the concept of civil rights on its head, a fifth grade teacher in the Tumwater School District in Washington State rejected the placement of a 10-year-old child in ‘their’ class because the student is the son of a conservative school board member who rejects transgender ideology and objects to biological boys competing in girls’ sports.

NDP failed to sell itself as viable option in April election, report says

New Democrats went into the federal election earlier this year feeling that the odds were against them, given the dynamics of a race that sidelined their party, according to a wide-ranging report on the NDP’s poor performance.

The review-and-renewal report by Ottawa lawyer Emilie Taman, a former NDP candidate, says New Democrats concluded that voters had adopted a “Trump/Carney/Poilievre” mindset before the campaign began in March and that the party was ill-equipped to deal with it.

Let’s list NDP strongpoints

1) Stupid
2) Communist
3) Stupid Communists
4) Singular Achievement – A leader less popular than Trudeau
