This week, the first felony sentence was handed down in relation to what’s popularly called the “insurrection” of January 6, 2021. Though he only pleaded guilty to a single count of “obstruction of an official proceeding,” defendant Paul Hodgkins — whose criminal act entailed milling around the Senate chamber for approximately 15 minutes — nonetheless found himself branded a “terrorist” in open court by the US Government. Per prosecutors’ own admission, Hodgkins committed no acts of physical violence, and wielded no weapons. He was also never formally accused of any “terrorist” offenses, at least in a way that the Government would actually have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Regardless, prosecutors have now introduced a theory in which it’s alleged that Hodgkins and other non-violent Jan. 6 defendants were operating within a supposed “context” of terrorism — and it’s this “context” that they’re citing to argue for more severe punishment.
I'm so happy they lost. I'm actively rooting against US women's soccer. I want them to be humiliated and embarrassed, just as they humiliate and embarrass our country. https://t.co/EnrFOIfVA2

The report also found that right-wing extremists in Canada are being influenced by their increasingly violent counterparts in the U.S.
Get-Out-of-Responsibility-Free Card
Self-taught “artist” Hunter Biden is selling his paintings to “mystery buyers” at prices up to $500,000. Who can’t see that this is just his newest way of taking bribes? Just like how people paid Bill Clinton $500,000 to speak for an hour when Hillary was secretary of State, or how the Clintons accepted “donations” to their Clinton Foundation–until Hillary lost when the “donations” dried up. Hunter’s scheme is way more clever as it doesn’t involve having to get on a plane or report anything other than a “sale” to those pesky IRS agents.
An adviser to the Pentagon’s Counter-Extremism Working Group (CEWG) is warning the Biden administration’s efforts to purge the military of “extremists” could violate individual First Amendment rights.

Ottawa says group linked to Capitol attack has active presence in Canada and could threaten national security
Canada has officially named the US rightwing militia group Three Percenters as a terrorist entity alongside Isis and al-Qaida, saying it had an active presence in Canada and could threaten national security.
Earlier this month US prosecutors obtained a conspiracy indictment against six men associated with the Three Percenters, the latest in a series of such charges arising from the 6 January attack at the Capitol by Donald Trump’s supporters.
Canadian officials cited the riot and said members of the Three Percenters had been linked to a 2020 plot to kidnap the governor of Michigan.
I feel safer already!

The U.S. government continues to insist that white supremacy and the patriot movement are the biggest threats facing the nation. This is despite the growing violence from groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter. Documents such as Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment, portray anyone of a right-wing leaning who supports the second amendment, opposes illegal immigration, or questions government in any way, as potential extremists. Much of the current rhetoric revolves around the January six capital riots as the FBI is now warning Qanon supporters could transition from being “digital soldiers to taking action in the real world” (CNN.com), whatever that means. There is speculation that the FBI played a part in infiltrating and even directing the events (Shiver, 2021) of January six. While this will likely be brushed off as wild conspiracy theory, the FBI has a long, documented history of targeting and infiltrating patriot groups under the illusions they pose a national security threat.

If you disagree with the Democrats, you’re a “domestic terrorist.”
As the 20th anniversary of the September 11 attacks approaches, Joe Biden has made it clear that he doesn’t intend to fight Al Qaeda. Instead he’s going to fight other Americans.
The Biden administration’s newly released National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism mentions Al Qaeda only once in its 30 pages. Even though the FBI continues to break up Islamic terrorist plots against America, the document only defines Muslims as victims.

The Lying Government Is the Real Terror Threat
As I sit here at my desk gazing out at a beautiful but hot Sonoran Desert day in late spring, I find myself remarkably free of any urges to go out and commit an act of terrorism here in the domestic confines of my beloved United States of America.

During a teleconference with the press, a senior administration official said that they were seeking “to improve public awareness of federal resources to address concerning or threatening behavior before violence occurs.” “This involves creating contexts,” the official continued, “in which those who are family members or friends or co-workers know that there are pathways and avenues to raise concerns and seek help for those who they have perceived to be radicalizing and potentially radicalizing towards violence.”

‘Extremism’ is a meaningless word weaponized by politicians against their enemies.
The Biden administration revealed on Tuesday that guys who can’t get laid may be terrorist threats due to “involuntary celibate–violent extremism.” That revelation is part of a new crackdown that identifies legions of potential “domestic terrorists” that the feds can castigate and investigate. But there is no reason to expect Biden administration anti-terrorism and anti-extremism efforts to be less of a farce and menace than similar post-9/11 campaigns.

Many people argue the violent extremists, who attempted a coup against a sitting president, is the FBI and Antifa and BLM, which caused billions of dollars in damage last year.

Right-wing movements tend to rail against Brussels — in Belgium, that means blaming the country itself
Belgium’s leading virologist is in hiding, holed up with his family in a government safe house. The reason? A right-wing Flemish soldier. Jürgen Conings disappeared from his home on May 17, leaving behind a booby-trapped car and a series of letters laying out his grievances against ‘the regime’. In a goodbye letter to his partner, Conings wrote:
‘The so-called political elite, joined now by the virologists, are deciding how you and I should live…I don’t care whether I die or not, but I will live my last days the way I want.’

In Canada, hate crimes have shot up, anti-Asian attacks have multiplied. Six mosque worshippers were killed in Quebec City in 2017 by a man who was motivated by the American far right. There was the horrid hate crime Sunday in London, Ont., where a Muslim family was run over and killed. Whether the accused was influenced by racist groups is unknown.
