A security guard and two others were shot dead after a pair of teenage gunmen opened fire at a mosque in California.
The mayhem began at around 11.40 pm Monday when shots rang out at the Islamic Center of San Diego in Clairemont.
Officers arrived on scene within four minutes, and ‘immediately’ observed the deceased victims outside the building, San Diego Police Chief Scott Wahl said in a press conference.

The report from food rescue organization Second Harvest shows $12.3 billion worth of food doesn’t make it to the grocery store shelves or is pulled prematurely due to “arbitrary best before dates.”
“Nobody produces food or makes food or buys food to throw it away, so let’s stop doing that,” said Second Harvest CEO Lori Nikkel.
