Womb Transplants for Men As Surgeons See No “Ethical Boundaries”

The West is apparently “liberal-minded” enough to accept biological men giving birth.

Medical experts talking publicly about allowing biological men to give birth might be racking their brains on the technical details, but they are already sold on the question of ethics. And even if they held doubts, the Equality Act would prevent surgeons from treating biological women and transgender women differently when deciding whether to conduct womb transplants.

Freeland imposes extraordinary measures to force out founding investors of Wealth One Bank with alleged ties to China

Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland has instructed three of the founding investors of Wealth One Bank of Canada to divest their shares, and has also ordered the financial institution to comply with extraordinary national-security conditions intended to firewall its operations against the trio, who have faced federal scrutiny over alleged links to the Chinese government.


The three men, Toronto insurance executive Shenglin Xian, Vancouver property developer Morris Chen and Toronto grocery tycoon Yuangsheng Ou Yang, were told in April to sell their shares in the bank. Wealth One has also been ordered to sever all ties with the three, and to put in place stringent security measures to guard against money laundering and unauthorized sharing of sensitive information.

AOC urges US to apologize for meddling in Latin America: ‘We’re here to reset relationships’

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a prominent member of Congress and leading voice of the American left, has called on the US government to issue an apology to Latin American countries for decades of meddling in their affairs and causing instability in the region.

The Democratic congresswoman from New York was speaking after a visit to Chile in advance of the 50th anniversary of the coup against Salvador Allende, a democratically elected socialist president actively opposed by Washington.

‘Safe and delicious’: Japan’s PM eats Fukushima fish to dispel worries after water release

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and three Cabinet ministers enjoyed sashimi fished off the coast of Fukushima at a lunch meeting on Wednesday, in an apparent effort to dispel safety concerns following the release of treated radioactive wastewater from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant.

2nd Afghan Canadian sues feds, claiming fleeing Ukrainians treated better

The federal government is asking a judge to combine two separate lawsuits, after another Afghan Canadian alleged Canada discriminated against Afghan refugees by treating them differently than they did Ukrainians fleeing the Russian invasion.

A former Canadian language and culture adviser who served NATO in Afghanistan filed a lawsuit at the end of July alleging the government has not allowed his family in Afghanistan to seek refuge in Canada.

How many thousands of interpreters or other local staff did the CAF and other Canadian organizations really employ or actually need in Afghanistan?

It seems every single soldier must have had at least a half dozen of them and we left in 2014.

This is beginning to look like post WW II France when suddenly even the collaboraters were all secret resistance fighters.

Did someone have a “School for Interpreters” scam going?

It must still be in operation.

‘Life or death’: LGBTQ2 people warn on dangers of school pronoun policy changes

As debate continues over policies requiring parental consent for youth under 16 to change their name or preferred pronouns in some schools, members of Canada’s LGBTQ2 community say such legislation could put some at risk of abuse, harassment or even homelessness.

The concerns come as Saskatchewan and New Brunswick recently put in place such laws.

Mom of 4 slams ‘oblivious’ AOC sharing inflation ‘propaganda’ clip — and ignoring how American families are struggling

A mother of four struggling to keep money in the bank accused lawmakers of being “oblivious” to how much high inflation is affecting families across the country.

Amber Bergeron of Louisiana pointed her ire at Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) in particular on Friday for sharing a clip declaring that inflation is just “propaganda” — seemingly refuting a recent study revealing that 61% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck.

“I’m just wondering how she thinks it’s propaganda. I mean, has she checked her electric bill? Has she looked at the cost of groceries compared to last year?” Bergeron said on “Fox & Friends First.“
