Trump Derangement Syndrome

Knowingingly concocting a fake narrative to fool the FBI and CIA is going to affect many Hillary Clinton campaign players, special counsel John Durham has let it be known in discovery.

This is the sixth in a series of articles analyzing the federal grand jury indictment charging lawyer Michael Sussmann with making a materially false statement to the FBI’s General Counsel. The indictment spelled out Sussmann’s involvement in a thus-far uncharged conspiracy to create a false narrative that was calculated to demonstrate a secret channel of internet communications between the Trump Organization and the Russian Alfa-Bank.

Recently Sussmann’s lawyers moved for a bill of particulars alleging that the indictment lacks sufficient detail and clarity for their client to prepare his defense.

CNN continued to escalate its dangerous rhetoric against Republicans on Sunday, as so-called “Reliable Sources” host Brian Stelter and LA Times columnist Jackie Calmes urged the press to ditch objectivity when reporting about Republicans and just portray them as threats to the country. She even claimed that’s not what she wanted to do while she actively called for it.

Former MI6 agent Christopher Steele said during a preview of an ABC News interview that aired on Sunday that he stood behind the controversial “Steele Dossier” that examined possible links between former President Trump and Russia.

The interview will be featured in a Hulu documentary, “Out of the Shadows: The Man Behind the Steele Dossier.”

When a population is placed in a state of sufficiently grave fear and anger regarding a perceived threat, concerns about the constitutionality, legality and morality of measures adopted in the name of punishing the enemy typically disappear. The first priority, indeed the sole priority, is to crush the threat. Questions about the legality of actions ostensibly undertaken against the guilty parties are brushed aside as trivial annoyances at best, or, worse, castigated as efforts to sympathize with and protect those responsible for the danger. When a population is subsumed with pulsating fear and rage, there is little patience for seemingly abstract quibbles about legality or ethics. The craving for punishment, for vengeance, for protection, is visceral and thus easily drowns out cerebral or rational impediments to satiating those primal impulses.

Evidence grows that the alleged Russian hacking of the DNC server in 2016 was an inside job.

This is the fifth in a series of articles analyzing the 27 page federal grand jury indictment charging lawyer Michael Sussmann with making a false statement to the FBI.

As stated in the fourth article, when the FBI learned of the alleged hack of the Democratic National Committee’s (“DNC”) emails, it asked to examine the server.

In fact, at the same time as the alleged DNC hack, there were similar reports regarding the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s (“DCCC”) server as well as DNC Chairman John Podesta’s personal email devices.

I feel like this narrative has suffered a death worse than Mussolini. Like him, it’s been stabbed, shot, and mutilated to no end. It’s a myth. It was based on manufactured lies by the Deep State. If you gather the limbs, the entrails, and duct tape it back together, you’ll get what was the Russian collusion hoax. The FBI and others in the DC swamp knowingly used Democrat-funded opposition research as the basis to spread a false narrative about Trump and the 2016 election. It was done because these people didn’t like the fact that Hillary Clinton lost.

Of the many positions Kash Patel held during Trump’s presidency, his most important was as an aide to Devin Nunes when the latter worked doggedly to reveal that the Democrats’ Russiagate charges were a hoax coming from the Democrat party—specifically, from Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Given Patel’s insider’s knowledge of events, it means something when he appears on Maria Bartiromo’s Fox show on Sunday mornings and says that he believes that Special Prosecutor John Durham is on the verge of issuing some serious indictments against big players in the Russia hoax.

What a surprise: The media-Democrat complex that, for years, attempted to convince the country that a sitting US president was a clandestine agent of Russia is now spinning wildly, trying to persuade Americans that its politicized suspicions actually amounted to compelling evidence of Donald Trump’s “collusion” with Moscow.

That is the fallout from special counsel John Durham’s indictment of Democratic attorney Michael Sussmann, and of the related reports that the prosecutor has subpoenaed additional information from Sussmann’s former firm Perkins Coie, the lawyers for the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee.
