Is anyone shocked? I’m certainly not.
The Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, called the UK “the Islamic republic of Britain” in a podcast interview, where he also described the country as the “first Islamic republic to get a nuclear weapon”.

Ali Assakereh, 54, is charged with uttering threats against the U.S. consulate in Halifax and committing public mischief by misleading police.

Although he was much stronger and more vocal regarding the jihad threat during his first term than his second, Trump steadfastly refuses to mouth “religion of peace” platitudes, and on Monday, that earned him yet another in an apparently endless string of New York Times hit pieces.
