McKinsey’s Diversity Fog

DEI – racist anti-white communist ideology

The consulting giant touts its studies purporting to show that race- and gender-conscious hiring leads to greater profits—but it likely has the causation backward.

Last year, McKinsey & Company released a study purporting to demonstrate that corporations with more diverse leadership—more women and racial minorities in executive positions—were also more profitable. The consulting behemoth’s findings were consistent with those of its previous three diversity studies, in 2015, 2018, and 2020, each of which had been cited across industries and government institutions as proof of the supposed financial benefits of race- and gender-conscious hiring policies. Now, a new paper raises questions about McKinsey’s methodology and suggests that its advertised findings may have gotten the causation backward: financial success may lead corporations to embrace diversity efforts, rather than the other way around.

Diversity Alert: Playing the Race Card For Real Estate Gain

Couple fights to rid Toronto home of heritage status

A couple in an affluent midtown Toronto neighbourhood is asking the city to remove the heritage designation from their century home because they say the original owner was racist.

The two-and-a-half storey, 9,000-square foot house in the Yonge and St. Clair area, was built in 1906 for Stapleton Pitt Caldecott, a former Toronto Board of Trade president who was opposed to immigration, a University of Toronto historian says.

… This $5-million house on Woodlawn Avenue West, in the Yonge and St. Clair area, was commissioned by Stapleton Caldecott in 1906, a man who some believe held anti-immigrant views. He died there the following year.

OMG he was opposed to immigration… “Some believe”. Next.

The couple says they were unaware of the home’s heritage designation. That seems highly unlikely.

No connection to Canada obviously. Ungrateful or what?

The game’s up for ‘anti-racist’ racism

There are only a few rules to column-writing. One of the strictest is never to waste time bouncing off the effluent of morons. So, for instance, it is a rule among British columnists not to use the term ‘Owen Jones’ in an article. It is too easy. Every couple of hours there will be another gaseous eruption. For example, this past week Jones, a YouTuber, has been engaged in campaigning to persuade a ‘queer’ British entrant in the Eurovision Song Contest to withdraw from the competition because of Gaza. It is by no means clear how much the citizens of Gaza care for the ‘solidarity’ of a couple of gay blokes in the UK. It is even less clear how anyone withdrawing from Eurovision would convince the Israeli war cabinet to halt the war against Hamas and persuade Hamas to return the hostages. But this is why the ‘Owen Jones’ rule exists. As it’s so easy, opposing him is fundamentally lazy.

‘More complaints’ were made about First Minister Humza Yousaf and his 2020 speech about ‘often being the only non-white person in the room’ than JK Rowling under new Scots hate crime law

Humza Yousaf has received more complaints under Scotland’s new hate crime bill than JK Rowling, it was claimed today.

Since the controversial legislation was rolled out on Monday almost 4,000 complaints are said to have been made to Police Scotland, with the force reportedly dealing with 60 complaints on average per hour.

Police sources have now shed light on the nature of the hate crime complaints revealing that the majority relate to the First Minister as well as JK Rowling.

UCLA Medical School Abruptly Cancels Lecture Blaming ‘Whiteness’ for Opioid Crisis

Now showing more anti white bullshit

The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) medical school recently scheduled a lecture focused on the role “whiteness” played in driving the opioid crisis — but abruptly changed the topic of the lecture just two days before it was supposed to take place and limited attendance to in-person only.

Trump allies want racism protections for white people

Trump allies are planning to repurpose anti-discrimination laws with a new focus on anti-white discrimination, with former Trump White House advisor Stephen Miller laying the groundwork through his America First Legal group.

Trump allies ‘want to dramatically change the government’s interpretation of Civil Rights-era laws’ to focus on ‘anti-White racism,’ Axios reports.

A key figure in providing a template for action is Miller, who helped shape Trump’s ‘America First’ ideology and who served as a main driver for immigration policy during Trump’s White House tenure, and who has been mentioned as a potential top official in a second term.

This silly old lie is kept on life support by the Liberal-Left. More at Twitchy.

You Can’t Fire Only the White Guys

Now showing more anti white bullshit

Illegal discrimination is still illegal discrimination even if a corporate HR department wraps it in the language of equity and inclusion. As a reminder of this legal reality, the C-Suite might want to review a recent opinion by a federal appeals court, upholding a jury verdict for a hospital executive who says he was fired merely for being a white male amid a workforce diversity push.

UC Berkeley accused of segregation by allegedly banning whites from community farm

The University of California at Berkeley is under fire for allegedly banning white residents from using a community farm on Saturdays in a move one critic slammed as “systemic racism.”

The university told The Post it is investigating claims that the “Gill Tract Community Farm” in nearby Albany offered its space on Saturday exclusively to “Black, Indigenous, and People of Color,” after a complaint with the US Department of Education by the Mountain States Legal Foundation.

Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland given ‘white supremacy’ trigger warnings

Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland are among a collection of children’s stories that have been given a university trigger warning for “white supremacy”.

York St John University has added the disclaimer to a collection of historical children’s books, including works by JM Barrie, Lewis Carroll and Jules Verne.

Readers are warned that classic tales for children may contain offensive examples of “white supremacy”. Adventure stories and well-known novels written in the 19th and early 20th centuries are likely to include “colonialist narratives”, the message adds.

Church of England archdeacon provokes anger with call for ‘anti-whiteness’

A Church of England archdeacon has called for “anti-whiteness”, in comments which have been criticised as divisive.

The Ven Miranda Threlfall-Holmes, Archdeacon of Liverpool, also called for people to “smash the patriarchy” but insisted her comments were “not anti-white, or anti-men”.

Her statement prompted an angry reaction, with one person asking if it would be “safe to attend church” if Dr Threlfall-Holmes “holds racial prejudice against white people”.

Barbara Kay: Is TikTok responsible for Gen Z’s hostility toward Israel and Jews?

Last week, with bipartisan support, the United States House of Representatives voted to force the sale of TikTok, the video-sharing platform owned by ByteDance, a company under the influence of the Chinese Communist Party, to non-Chinese owners, or face a ban in the U.S.

The loss of TikTok would have little to no impact on the lives of most mature Americans. But TikTok users are overwhelmingly young, and many are addicted to the platform for a spectrum of reasons — including, for many influencers and small businesses, their own financial benefit.

It is widely acknowledged that TikTok is a powerful force in shaping adolescent users’ self-perceptions and beliefs. The platform’s influence has been plausibly linked to devastating consequences for individuals, but also to the “ mass formation ” of unhealthy cultural trends.

Under the guise of “anti-racism” we have made the hatred of White children normal in our schools.

If applied to any other race or religious group the usual suspects would howl with righteous indignation.

Our school boards, governments, teacher’s unions, the corporate class and even our human rights commissions have deemed the hatred of White people to be publicly acceptable.

To fight back serves only to affirm our racism and so hating White people has been institutionalized in Canada.

That same hate has been weaponized against Zionist Jews who have been declared “White” by the left.

Tik Tok certainly plays a role as all social media does but Gen Z is more likely acting out a Stockholm Syndrome scenario thanks to being subjected to “anti-racist” struggle sessions from elementary school through university.

For Muslim children the hatred of Israel, Jews and western civilization is bred in the bone and they need no help from Tik Tok or the left.

Welcome to Trudeau’s Canada.
