A court in western Germany found a woman guilty of sexual assault and handed her a six-month suspended sentence for purposefully damaging her partner’s condoms, German media reported.

In handing down the ruling, the judge said the unusual case was one for Germany’s legal history books — representing an instance of criminal “stealthing,” but this time carried out by a woman.

Five healthy children aged 10 and under have died in mysterious hepatitis outbreak in the US: 109 cases have been identified in 25 states and 14% of infected kids have needed liver transplants, CDC announces

Five healthy children have died in the unexplained hepatitis outbreak and more than 100 cases have been spotted leading to 15 liver transplants, the CDC revealed today.

The agency’s deputy director for infectious diseases Dr Jay Butler announced the grim tally Friday, adding that the children were all under 10 years old and had fallen sick since October.

More than nine in ten patients had been hospitalized, he said, and all had previously been healthy and were not suffering from any underlying conditions. The mysterious hepatitis has been reported in 25 states.

Psaki Says There Is No ‘Official U.S. Government Position’ On Activists Protesting Outside SCOTUS Justices’ Homes

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Thursday that there was no “official U.S. Government position” on where protesters chose to gather, even if that meant they were publishing the home addresses of sitting Supreme Court justices.

So the White House is implicitly condoning the intimidation of SC Judges, at their homes, by crazed abortionists. I do miss Trump.

Canada’s top soldier says Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has created an unstable global environment and military supply chains need to accelerate significantly to respond to the crisis.

“Given the deteriorating world situation, we need the defence industry to go onto a wartime footing and increase their production lines to be able to support the requirements that are out there, whether its ammunition, artillery, rockets, you name it,” Gen. Wayne Eyre told CBC News Network’s Power & Politics.

An increase in production can only be considered if the processed is designed through a transgender bipoc lens.

OTTAWA – Canadians’ movements, including trips to the liquor store and pharmacy, were closely tracked via their mobile phones without their knowledge during the COVID-19 pandemic, a report sent to a parliamentary committee shows.

Outbreak intelligence analysts BlueDot prepared reports using anonymized data for the Public Health Agency of Canada to help it understand travel patterns during the pandemic.

… The report reveals the agency was able to view a detailed snapshot of people’s behaviour, including visits to the grocery store, gatherings with family and friends, time spent at home and trips to other towns and provinces.

It’s becoming difficult to think of the worst thing about the Trudeau government, they keep coming up with new reasons to hate them.

Satanic Temple asks Boston to fly flag after court ruling

BOSTON (AP) — The Satanic Temple is requesting to fly a flag over Boston City Hall after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled this week that the city violated the free speech rights of a conservative activist seeking to fly a Christian flag outside the downtown building.

The Salem-based group tweeted a request filed Tuesday with the city property management department to raise a flag marking “Satanic Appreciation Week” from July 23-29.

Mayor Michelle Wu’s office declined to comment on the group’s request other than to say it’s reviewing the high court’s decision while also evaluating its flag-raising program.
