If some of the crack being smoked by the person sitting next you on the subway gets on your skin or into your mouth, nose, lungs, eyes or brain, it could be a catastrophic heath risk.
Crack cocaine and crystal meth are dangerous enough but if fentanyl is mixed in with this concoction being consumed on the TTC, and is blown out for others to inhale against their will, it can kill a person or their kids riding with them.
Poor guy at the end of the video has no idea he inhaled fentanyl.

Kent Police has ruled that art in the exhibition condemned by leading Jewish figures and politicians for portraying anti-Semitic tropes has not reached the threshold to be considered either a hate crime or a non-crime hate incident.

They are being sued by a woman who has had three children using the sperm of one man and a fourth child with the genetic material of the man’s son.

Chilling footage captures the moment an Air Canada Express jet barrels into a fire truck on a runway at LaGuardia Airport in Queens on Sunday night, killing the two pilots aboard.
The fire truck was crossing over to another part of the airport to help with a call involving a separate plane when it was struck, according to video captured from inside the airport.
