Batshit Crazy

The Orwellian Margaret Atwood

Drama Queen

Margaret Atwood claims she may be “imprisoned” if she enters the United States—an absurd suggestion from one of the most celebrated progressive writers alive, and a striking example of how elites weaponize language to smear their opponents.

In a recent award acceptance speech, Atwood said: “Unlike so many writers, publishers and booksellers … I have never been imprisoned—though I may have to revise that statistic if I attempt to cross into the United States in the near future.” Coverage of the event does not record gales of laughter in response.

Virtually everything Trump does inspires ISIS recruiting says Guardian

Trump and Pete Hegseth inspiring Islamic State recruitment propaganda

Donald Trump has a long and colorful history with the Islamic State. He incorrectly blamed the founding of IS on his predecessor, said its infamous leader “died like a dog” while announcing his assassination, and rallied an international coalition that successfully ended its so-called caliphate.

So far, in his second presidency, his administration has much less to do with IS. But the terror group has still benefited from him.

Experts tell the Guardian that IS is capitalizing on Trump’s dismantling of the international order, his affinity for Benjamin Netanyahu’s government in Israel, and most of all – his most controversial cabinet appointment – in its recruitment propaganda.

The Guardian is getting almost as wacky as the Globe & Mail.

Globe & Mail Jumps Shark With Insane TDS Screed: “The real goal of Trump’s mass detention centres? Unlimited power”

Donald Trump ran in 2024 promising “Mass Deportations Now,” a rallying cry that his base responded to enthusiastically. Since his second inauguration, he has made immigration policy the centrepiece of his administration. As a result, the U.S. is acting outside the existing legal process to arbitrarily deport U.S. residents to places like Panama and El Salvador, where they face severe conditions and from which there may be no release. Reports of plans for similar deportations to Rwanda and Libya raise the question of what exactly is happening and where these detention policies might lead.

Based on the words coming out of Mr. Trump’s mouth and my research into the history of mass civilian detention around the world, what he and those who help shape his policies want is unlimited power. If they can establish rendition and arbitrary overseas detention for one group – for example, those who are declared to be Tren de Aragua or MS-13 gang members – history shows that they will likely expand the categories of people they can subject to the same treatment. The administration has already declared its interest in subjecting U.S. citizens to detention in El Salvador.

Media sides with genocide

President Trump had South African President Cyril Ramaphosa in for a little chat on Wednesday. Once everyone was seated in the room, Trump dimmed the lights and played videos of the genocide of whites by black goons backed by a government that sings Kill the Boer while confiscating the land of white farmers.

The American media—which had promoted isolating South Africa over apartheid 40 years ago—refused to accept the reality that the black people in charge are killing white people, necessitating give white South Africans refuge. We shall see if any of the holier-than-thou sanctuary cities take them in.

Neil Young weighs in on Trump-Springsteen feud: ‘We need a real president!’

As Bruce Springsteen’s feud with U.S. President Donald Trump drags on, it would appear that the all-American rockstar has some backup from across the border.

In a Tuesday blog post, Canadian musician Neil Young chimed into the ongoing social media battle between Trump and Springsteen, a vocal Democratic Party supporter and friend of former U.S. president Barack Obama. Springsteen launched a blistering rebuke of the president on tour, last week.

“The America I love, the America I’ve written about that has been a beacon of hope and liberty for 250 years is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent and treasonous administration,” Springsteen told a Manchester, U.K., crowd last Thursday.

Blistering huh?

From Schumer’s ‘Whirlwind’ Threat To Comey’s ‘8647,’ Assassination Prep Is The Left’s MO

Former FBI Director James Comey appeared to call for the assassination of President Donald Trump in a social media post Thursday, but his outburst is just one in a long line of far-left lunatics whose extreme rhetoric has laid the groundwork for violence — and assassination attempts — against conservative political figures.

The social media featured a seashell arrangement of the numbers “8647” — a clear reference to the numbers “86” meaning “to get rid of,” and “47,” the presidency number of Trump’s second term in office.

James Comey’s Insane ‘86 47’ Threat

Former FBI Director James Comey posted a photo of a “cool shell formation” from his beach walk today. In the photo, shells were laid out to read “86 47” on the sand.

Eighty-six, a well-known term by Americans to mean “to get rid of,” indicates intent to the 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump.

Cannes: Robert De Niro Attacks Trump as ‘America’s Philistine President‘

A

Robert De Niro used his appearance before the fawning, gilded elites at the 78th Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday to sneer at President Donald Trump as “America’s philistine president.”

De Niro would impoverish domestic film crews rather than acknowledge Trump’s effort to restore Hollywood makes sense.

De Niro and Carney should introduce their tranny kids to one another, then they can all TDS together.

Celebrities: Trump Will Destroy the World!

The era of the movie star ended some time ago, assuming your last name isn’t Cruise.

More recently, Americans began tuning out their celebrity betters on the political front.

The 2024 election saw a galaxy of stars support Vice President Kamala Harris. For every Trump-backing Zachary Levi or Hulk Hogan there were dozens of A-listers backing a leader who feared talking to Joe Rogan.

Lib Journalists Delight in New Pope As Possible Anti-Trump Activist

While Americans across the political spectrum celebrated the elevation of an American Cardinal, Robert Prevost to become Pope Leo XIV, liberal journalists took special delight in evidence that the new Pope — just like his predecessor — seems to disagree with the Trump administration on issues like immigration.

Yet Pope Leo’s obvious opposition to same-sex marriage, abortion, and other positions embraced by American liberals received a lot less attention from these same programs.

Trump derangement syndrome hijacks an election

Just hours before Canada’s federal election, a man treated a street festival here in Vancouver like it was a bowling lane and his vehicle was the ball. Eleven people have died as a result, with several others injured. But sure, let’s make the federal election all about U.S. President Donald Trump.

Local police quickly ruled out terrorism. How could they possibly know so fast?

Well, because they were apparently like, “Oh, it was just THAT guy.” And not because he hangs out at the doughnut shop with them and shoots the breeze, but because he’s out there doing enough criming that they know his exact brand of crime – and it isn’t terrorism.

Neil Young Rages at Elon Musk in Latest Hippie Rock Song: ‘If You’re a Fascist, Get a Tesla’

Rocker Neil Young can’t quit Elon Musk and has put the Department of Government Efficiency chief at the center of his latest politically charged tune, which praises China as a clean energy electric vehicle champion and castigates Tesla owners as “fascists.”

“Come on Ford, come on GM/ Come on Chrysler, let’s roll again,” Young begins, singing over the weekend at the charity concert in Los Angeles. “China’s way ahead, they’re making clean cars.”

ABC News Insists on Pushing Debunked ‘Deported Citizen Babies’ Hoax

As we indicated when covering Alex Thompson’s speech at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, it wasn’t just the media’s willful concealment of President Joe Biden’s severe cognitive decline that undermined trust in the media, but the sum total of hoaxes spread, encouraged, and abetted. Based on the latest faux immigration scandal, it appears that ABC News is adamant on refusing to learn that lesson.
