On 25 July, Islamist Abdul Ballout drove a van into a Berlin Pride parade, killing a woman and injuring 29 others. It was a horrific attack.

Ballout – who was shot by German police on Sunday – had a history of Islamic extremism. In May this year, he was sentenced to a year and 10 months for ‘preparing a serious act of violence endangering the state’. He previously served a prison sentence in Lebanon for incitement to religious and sectarian conflict. In 2025, he tried to join the Islamic State in Syria.

AFrance without Islamic headscarves on its streets is one of the Rassemblement National’s promises to its ever-increasing electorate. But with polls indicating that its presidential candidate Marine Le Pen could well enter the Elysée Palace in May next year, the lady should perhaps be careful what she wishes for. Even her young running mate, Jordan Bardella, has warned her against maintaining a promise that, if fulfilled, risks inflaming the largely Islamized suburbs.

French media have reported on the alleged split with astonishment, as the Rassemblement National (RN), formerly known as the National Front, passes for an authoritarian party of the radical right where challenging the leader is frowned upon.

In the heart of Paris, a man attacked three women with a knife “in the name of Allah.” Yet, once again, the psychiatric diagnosis prevailed, and the case was not referred to the National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office. Across the French border, an Islamist terrorist attacked the Berlin Pride parade, but there, too, it seems almost impossible for the Germans to accurately profile the attacker. Is deliberate blindness the disease of our time?

For decades, communists and Islamists have joined forces to wage a woke jihad. MSM has normalized their increasing violence by spinning and memory holing incidents. Last week featured gruesome attacks across the West almost every day.

In Berlin, an Islamist killed one and injured many others after driving into an LGBTQ parade. In Paris, an Islamist stabbed three women, one of whom is pregnant. In NYC, a man shouted “allahu akbar” before stabbing several civilians.

Britain’s first halal-only student accommodation is due to open in Dundee to ‘cater for Muslim students’ at the city’s universities.

Rose House has 20 rooms exclusively for male students, with alcohol banned and only halal food permitted on site.

The accommodation, the first of its kind, is ‘designed’ for Muslim students – although bosses say they welcome students of all faiths and none.

There are many questions to be asked after Saturday night’s terror attack at a Pride event in Berlin. One thing that does seem pretty clear is the cause. Everything we know about the culprit, 21-year-old Abdul Ballout, points to the fact that his crimes were motivated by his Islamist beliefs.
