The recent UK General Election was marred by intimidation and harassment. ‘British politics must soon wake up to what happened at this election’, said Shabana Mahmood, Labour MP for Birmingham Ladywood. Jess Phillips, Labour MP for Birmingham Yardley, said that this was the ‘worst election I have ever stood in’. Even before the election was announced and campaigning had kicked off, now deputy prime minister Angela Rayner spoke in February of being too afraid to leave the house.

Three out of four European Jews fear displaying their Jewish identity in public spaces, a new survey finds.

Conducted by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, the survey presents a grim picture of the experiences of Jews in Europe, with 76 percent reporting that they choose to avoid wearing items outside of their homes or synagogues that identify them as Jewish.

The intimidation started on the streets. On October 7, as Jewish families were being butchered by Hamas terrorists, Islamists celebrated in London. They danced with joy and flew Palestinian flags from car windows. A large group cheered and set off fireworks. No Jew could feel entirely safe anywhere near these celebrations of a racist massacre.

Muslims openly call today for a pan-Islamic embrace of shari’a and the return to the dhimma and the jizya. This plan excludes Blacks, LGBT, Christians and of course, Jews.

Young female leafleteers harassed by older men bellowing ‘genocide’ in their faces. Voters told they will face the wrath of God if they make the wrong decision in the polling station. Tyres slashed, campaign offices daubed with the deathly slur, ‘Zionist child killer’, in blood-red paint. Where did these sectarian obscenities occur? Iran, perhaps? Turkey? Actually, it was right here, in Britain, in 2024, during the General Election.
