The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) riots by Antifa and other activists since June 2025 may have now claimed what could have been the first killing tied to this anti-ICE operation in Portland, following a Friday-night drive-by shooting. Instead of using an actual gun, however, the angry shooter, a woman, used a reported non-lethal BB-type gun and shot at least one right-wing livestreamer in the face and arm multiple times. Others may have been hit as well.

In less than a month, two “ICE watchers” have been shot and killed by immigration enforcement agents in Minneapolis. On January 24, a federal agent shot and killed 37-year-old Alex Pretti, a Veterans Affairs ICU nurse. His death follows that of Renée Good, a 37-year-old mother of three, who was killed on January 7.

Both Pretti and Good participated in “ICE watching,” an anti-immigration-enforcement tactic that can involve tracking ICE agents, filming arrests, and alerting other activists of enforcement actions. While participants frame ICE watching as a “community safety” measure, these tactics often place untrained civilians in direct, high-stakes confrontation with armed federal agents.

Fanatical, thoroughly indoctrinated Muslims believe that they are the exponents of the divine will on earth, and that those who oppose the advance of Sharia are enemies of Allah and allies of Satan. Soon after the unsealing of the grand jury indictment returned against Don Lemon, the left launched a two-track media blitz to defend the former CNN pundit. A cacophony of “journalists” falsely claimed the Trump Administration charged Lemon for exercising his First Amendment right to freedom of the press. Simultaneously, some big names, such as Jake Tapper and George Stephanopoulos, framed the grand jury indictment as somehow suspect because several judges had earlier refused to issue an arrest warrant for Lemon. Neither narrative holds merit.

Turin, Italy saw scenes of extreme violence on Saturday during a demonstration agains the eviction of the illegally occupied Askatasuna anarchist ’social centre’ last December. MINNEAPOLIS—Heather Zielinski had been friends with Alex Pretti for nearly a decade when she discovered something new about him.

By then, she already knew he wasn’t like most guys here. He wasn’t a crazed football fan or a flighty 30-something bachelor, but an outdoorsman who loved mountain biking away from the city.

Still, she perked up last year when she looked around his living room and saw a holstered handgun on a shelf.

Zielinski, a 44-year-old Realtor, was intrigued that Pretti, a 37-year-old nurse at the local veterans hospital, would be a gun owner.

Luigi Mangione, the man accused of gunning down UnitedHealthcare chief executive Brian Thompson, will not face the death penalty if convicted, a court has ruled.

US District Judge Margaret Garnett dismissed the federal firearms charges against the 27-year-old that carried the possibility of the death penalty.

He will still face stalking charges, which can bring a maximum punishment of life in prison.
