Perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised that Attitude, the UK’s leading gay men’s magazine, has named TikTok celebrity Dylan Mulvaney, a 26-year-old bloke, as its first ever Woman of the Year. We gay men aren’t exactly known to be connoisseurs of female anatomy. We tend to have the sort of working knowledge of the vulva that most suburban commuters have of the Amazon river basin. Two members of the right-wing organization Turning Point USA were caught on camera harassing and shoving an LGBTQ+ Arizona State University professor.

In footage posted online, a member of the conservative group can be seen questioning Professor David Boyles, about Drag Queen Story Hour – which the professor helped set-up a chapter in Arizona.

Ottawa resident tells convoy organizers’ trial he felt ‘threatened’ during protest

Ottawa resident Paul Jorgenson felt “threatened” during “Freedom Convoy” demonstrations in winter 2022, he said in testimony today at the criminal trial of two protest organizers.

Five residents who have appeared as witnesses in the trial described a scene of overwhelming noise from truck horns and engines, and the persistent smell of diesel fumes during the protest in their testimony.

Jorgenson said that noise and odour emitted from idling vehicles caused him to be unable to work from his downtown home, so he left the city for more than a week.

Prosecutors seeking to recharge Alec Baldwin in fatal shooting on set of Western movie “Rust”

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — Special prosecutors are seeking to recharge actor Alec Baldwin in the fatal shooting of a cinematographer on the set of a Western movie in 2021, describing Tuesday their preparations to present new information to a grand jury.

New Mexico-based prosecutors Kari Morrissey and Jason Lewis said they’ll present their case to the grand jury within the next two months, noting “additional facts” have come to light in the shooting on the set of the film “Rust” that killed Halyna Hutchins.

No More Prayers on Remembrance Day, Military Tells Chaplain Service

Canadians about to attend Remembrance Day ceremonies across the country could come across different proceedings than they’re used to, as the military has told its chaplain service that religious prayers in official public functions are now forbidden.

“While the dimension of prayer may occupy a significant place for some of our members, we do not all pray in the same way; for some, prayer does not play a role in their lives,” says the Oct. 11 directive obtained by The Epoch Times.

A Canadian woman whose marriage to a notorious ISIS fighter is being made public for the first time says she was “oblivious to what was going on” when she lived with him in Syria.

In an interview with CBC and U.K. public broadcaster BBC in Toronto last week, Dure Ahmed, 33, said she was unaware of the atrocities being committed by her then-husband El Shafee Elsheikh, who was part of a cell within ISIS linked to the abduction, torture and beheading of Western hostages.

She’s back in Canada! This is CBC’s way of telegraphing Justin Trudeau’s support for the Muslim vote bloc, the Hamas supporters can count on him to be let off easy.
