Black Lives Matter suing Soros-backed Tides Foundation over missing $33M
The national Black Lives Matter movement claims $33.4 million of its cash is being withheld by one of its progressive partner organizations, The Post has learned.
In a scathing lawsuit, Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation accuse the Tides foundation — backed by George Soros — of alleged “deceptive business practices” as well as “egregious mismanagement” of its money, while demanding its return.

Oktoberfest closed in Munich after fatal fire and bomb threat
Police in the German city of Munich say the venue where Oktoberfest is taking place has been temporarily closed because of possible links to an explosion and fire at a house rigged with explosives.
A badly injured man was found at a nearby lake and later died.
Mayor Dieter Reiter said the festival site would remain closed until at least 17:00 local time (15:00 GMT) on Wednesday because of an unspecified bomb threat.

Heavy police & firefighter presence was ordered in the city, after gunfire was also heard in the streets.
