The Biden administration’s drift away from full support for Israel will cost more Palestinian and Israeli lives. It will encourage Hamas to keep fighting and to keep rejecting proposals for the return of hostages in exchange for a humanitarian cease-fire. It will persuade Hamas that it can win its war, weaken Israel and create distance between the US and Israel.

Germany on Tuesday blamed Nicaragua for having a “one-sided” view of the Israel-Hamas war.

Berlin was defending itself at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against charges brought by Nicaragua that its support for Israel enables genocide and breaches of international humanitarian law in Gaza.

The head of Germany’s legal team, Tania von Uslar-Gleichen, said Nicaragua’s case ignores “facts and the law.”

She said the Nicaragua case was rushed, based on flimsy evidence, and should be thrown out due to the lack of jurisdiction.

I suspect this is a test case whose goal is to isolate Israel.

Canada may find itself at the ICJ if it is successful. Of course Justin would side with the terrorists.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu set a date for an IDF operation in Rafah to destroy the remaining Hamas battalions, as the United States reiterated its opposition to such a step, which it fears will create a humanitarian disaster.

“This victory requires entering Rafah and eliminating the terrorist battalions there. This will happen; there is a date,” Netanyahu said in a brief video message he issued to the public on Monday night.

The Jordanian authorities have accused the Muslim Brotherhood and its offshoot, Hamas, of seeking to destabilize security inside the kingdom. The accusation came in the aftermath of recent demonstrations in the capital Amman and other parts of Jordan in support of Hamas and in condemnation of Israel. The demonstrators are demanding that Jordan shut down the Israeli embassy and cut all ties with Israel.

Behind both Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, of course, is the terrorist-sponsoring emirate Qatar and its propagandizing television bullhorn, Al-Jazeera.

Nicaragua has asked the UN’s highest court to halt German weapons sales to Israel at the start of a landmark case.

Germany is accused of breaching the UN genocide convention by sending military hardware to Israel and ceasing funding of the UN’s aid agency.

Berlin rejects the claims and will present a defence to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Tuesday.

Israeli troops are being withdrawn from the battle-scarred city of Khan Younis to prepare for a new offensive into Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, the country’s defense minister announced Sunday.

Addressing military commanders, Yoav Gallant said forces were being temporarily pulled from Khan Younis, about 10 kilometers from the Egyptian border, and are preparing “for their future missions in the Rafah area.”

Gallant reiterated Israel’s position that hostilities will continue until “we will reach a situation where Hamas does not control the Gaza Strip and where it does not function as a military framework that poses a risk to the citizens of the State of Israel.”

TEL AVIV—On Oct. 6, Israel appeared on the cusp of a new era of recognition from the Muslim world, close to a peace deal with Saudi Arabia that would move it to the center of a realigned Middle East after years on its fringes. The historic conflict with the Palestinians that had defined its existence for most of its 75-year history appeared to have finally receded into the background.

It all changed on Oct. 7.

Today, after a bloody attack that might have brought it the world’s sympathy, Israel is closer to being a global pariah than ever before. Its Saudi peace deal is on hold. The Palestinian question is again roiling its Arab neighbors. It is in open argument with its main ally, the U.S. And its physical living space has been shrunk by dangers on its northern and southern borders.

The Jewish State is at a crossroads for its survival: Either it is ruthless enough to crush the Ayatollahs before it’s too late or the future seems bleak.

A number of weeks ago, I wrote an article highlighting the need for Israel to fearlessly nuke a desert region in Iran and threaten to pulverize the city of Qom, the ideological capital of the cruel Ayatollahs.

Alas, Jews are too merciful and compassionate, and even though the logic and ethical values underlying my proposal are solid, the near-unanimous consensus of experts orbiting around Israel’s policymakers is that the Jewish State would never undertake a preemptive nuclear attack, let alone a preventative one.

My gut says that Israel should topple the Mullahs by any means necessary.

I personally believe the Gaza invasion is justified, Hamas is bent on Israel’s destruction and Gaza is Hamas.

I don’t care a whit about claims of settler colonialism or the so called Naqba or Balfour or even the Rothschilds (And I love a good conspiracy) or who was here or there and when etc.

Israel faces increased isolation and simply put they need to secure their existence against a rising tide of condemnation.

But Israel is losing the PR war.

Hearts and minds are being corrupted by a propaganda onslaught lead by the Muslim diaspora our so called “elites’ foolishly allowed to settle in the west.

Academia, the media and our political class all contribute having been poisoned by the CRT/DEI, identity politics Kool-Aid.

The propaganda assault is aided by a 5th column within the Jewish diaspora.

The likes of Queer Jews For Palestine & proponents of  anti-White racism such as the ADL and other DEI/CRT supporters leave long time allies shaking their heads in dismay.

The ADL’s perverse enthusiasm for their claim that white supremacy is a greater threat than Islam is the real conspiracy theory and in part responsible for the “silence” of previously staunch  opponents of antisemitism.  I believe that to be 100% true.

On a personal note I did not pay much attention to the corruption of our universities.

BDS and Israel apartheid week just didn’t seem a big concern as it appeared to be the work of a few Islamist radicals on campus.

I confess to being blind to the profound antisemitism festering within the minds of our “intellectuals.”

I thought that 1930’s movie could never turn up in repeats but here it is and all we’re missing are the uniforms.

Israel will have to act unilaterally. Whatever support they receive will be clandestine in the war I suspect is coming.

Across the west we are discovering that our political leaders are cowards afraid of the Islamists they dumped in our nations and afraid of the reckoning they deserve for that criminal act. The majority embrace Hamas for votes in the hope of escaping justice and would confer protected victim status on Satan and his minions if needed to retain power.

I hope I’m mistaken and a wider war is averted.

Over nearly 20 years of blogging I have been wrong once or twice.

It is a faint hope. The Islamists are compelled to kill by the immutable tenets of their cult.

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said on Sunday that the IDF withdrew from Khan Yunis after Hamas ceased to function in the area, adding that the troops left in preparation for a coming Rafah operation.

While speaking at the IDF’s Southern Command base, he stated, “The withdrawal of the troops from Khan Yunis was carried out after Hamas ceased to function as a military organization in the city, the forces left to prepare for the operation in Rafah.”

Over the last several years, Canadian employers have increasingly brought in DEI trainers to rid their workforces of conscious, and even subconscious, racism. On the face of it, who can object to diversity, equity and inclusion? it is like objecting to Santa Claus.

Unfortunately, these workshops too often have been hijacked by radical ideologues who pitted races against each other. The unhappy story of Richard Bilkszto, who committed suicide after alleging he was deemed a racist by one such trainer for observing that Canadians are not more racist than Americans, was simply the publicly exposed tip of that iceberg.
