Ontario is reporting 164 cases of #COVID19 today and 168 cases reported yesterday. Today, there are 45 new cases in the Toronto, 23 in York Region and 22 in Peel Region.
Over 11,500 tests were completed on August 2nd and nearly 11,700 tests on August 1st.

The take-a-way from those who choose not to be vaccinated against COVID-19 is clear…they not only don’t care about themselves…they don’t care about anyone else.
Forget the argument that they have some inalienable right not to be vaccinated. They don’t. It’s a worldwide public health issue…a matter of life and death. Our various governments impose laws for the overall public good to protect us from lots of things…wearing seat belts and not drinking alcohol while operating vehicles, for example. Don’t follow the rules…and there are penalties.

The Ministry of Health says that there were 218 new instances of the disease caused by the novel coronavirus confirmed on Saturday.
Ontario’s rolling-seven day average of new cases now stands at 189. That metric has increased on each of the last six days after previously being on a steady decline for months.
