Food scarcity. Food vouchers. Food riots and flash mobs.
All of that’s coming—and soon, says Texas-based food scientist and “Health Ranger” podcaster Mike Adams, who sees dire events unfolding in America in the short term.
His advice: people need to get prepared now.
“The thing to really watch for is the food inflation,” Adams said.

To give you an idea of how obsessed the CBC is with “diversity,” its staffers must complete a race-ethnicity-gender-orientation profile of everyone who appears on any of its news and current affairs shows – every expert, every panelist and guest commentator, even every passerby questioned in an on-the-street interview.

He left soon after breakfast on a July morning. The 26th was warm, with a few clouds drifting high. Alan Nichols, gaunt and bearded, wore a green hospital gown. His sister-in-law, Trish, remembers sun glinting off the room’s yellow walls. Through the billowing white curtains, they could see three storeys down to the parking lot of the Chilliwack General Hospital.
Alan was livid that morning in 2019, recalls his brother, Gary. He was yelling at the doctor, “This is my moment! If you can’t do it here, then get me to someplace that can!” Later, gesturing to Gary and Trish, he blew up again, shouting, “We’re not even the same blood!”

Trading Realpolitik for a Puppet Show
Aweek, as the British Prime Minister Harold Wilson is supposed to have said, is a long time in politics. Poor Joe Biden would doubtless agree, assuming that he remembers what a week, what a long time, and what politics are. It was just about a week ago, on March 26, that he said, “As a result of our unprecedented sanctions, the ruble was almost immediately reduced to rubble.”
I wonder who thought of that play on words? The ruble is rubble. Ha, ha, ha.

Apart from its political impact on the international order, the war that Russia has launched against Ukraine contains countless features that should interest military analysts and planners across the globe.
This is the first time since World War II that the Russian Army (formerly Soviet Red Army) is tested on the battlefield against a medium-sized adversary in a classical war.
In the 1950s, the Red Army fought border wars with Communist China and managed to annex large chunks of territory across the border. But that was not a full-scale war, as a much weaker China, then also devoid of nuclear weapons, shied away from fighting back in a meaningful way.

Sperm in a lab? Canadian scientists successfully 3D print male reproductive cells
Inside a lab at the University of British Columbia, the printers aren’t for paper. Instead, they are being used in hopes of producing something unexpected — sperm.
“We wanted to really replicate what we see in the natural human body,” Dr. Ryan Flannigan, a UBC urology assistant professor told Global News.

Islamic Scholar: Israel Instigated The War In Order To Empty Out Ukraine And Move In
Palestinian Islamic scholar Mraweh Nassar, the Secretary-General of the Jerusalem Committee of the International Union of Muslims Scholars, said in a March 22, 2022 interview on the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Arabic-language Channel 9 (Turkey) that the war in Ukraine was instigated by the Jews in order to establish a Jewish state there to replace Israel. He explained that the Jews have been forsaken by America and the West, who have come to realize that the Zionist project is a failure that will come to an end within two years. He elaborated that the Israelis have thus realigned with Russia and China.
Glad that’s cleared up.

“Teaching kindergartners about sex isn’t ‘equality,’” The Log Cabin Republicans organization tweeted Friday.
The Log Cabin Republicans — which is the country’s largest gay Republican organization — also noted the expansion of the Disney+ streaming service into countries where homosexuality is still illegal, including Qatar and Yemen.

The latest Heritage Minute highlights Canada’s history of slavery and the path that led to its eventual demise — a story that “needed to be told,” according the head of the organization behind the series.
The video focuses on Chloe Cooley, an enslaved Black woman living in the Niagara Region in what was known as Upper Canada in the late 18th century.

Police say six people are dead and 12 others have been injured after a shooting early Sunday morning in downtown Sacramento.
Sacramento Police Chief Kathy Lester said at a news conference that police were patrolling the area at about 2 a.m. when they heard gunfire. When they arrived at the scene, they found a large crowd gathered on the street and six people dead. At least 10 people either took themselves or were transported to hospitals.
Authorities don’t know whether one or more suspects were involved and are asking for the public’s help in identifying who is responsible. Lester did not give specifics on the type of gun used.

At least she’s not blaming “racism.”
Police in Chicago say that more than 50% of carjackings in the city are carried out by juveniles. And Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot knows just what the problem is.
