Canadian Court Rules Story on Bo Fan Murder and Alleged CCP Spy Links Was a Matter of Public Interest

VANCOUVER — A Canadian court ruling ends in an anti-SLAPP win for a journalist who reported on a China-connected wealth and spiritual group that first raised alarms with videos of military-style training on Vancouver Island, and has since drawn headlines from India to France, where Le Monde also reported on the murder of one of the group’s employees in Vancouver and its efforts to embed itself in French society.
Ohio HS Teacher Delivers Bonkers Anti-Trump Rant in Class
America’s far-left public school teachers just can’t seem to help themselves. Even in this day-and-age, when nearly every child comes to class equipped with a Chromebook and smartphone, the vitriol of these educators is so extreme that it trumps professional discipline and restraint. It needs an outlet and an audience to achieve its apotheosis.
In the most recent instance, that audience consisted of a class of Ohio high school social studies students who were treated to a highly inappropriate and venomous rant targeting President Trump and his military campaign against the Muslim dictatorship of Iran.
BREAKING: Teacher at Steubenville High School (@BigRedPrincipal) in Ohio recorded going on unhinged rant in class against the Trump admin, criticizing the U.S. military, while calling President Trump a "p*dophile” and “liar.”
I’m told the teacher is Scott Lane.

However, just 3.8 per cent of anti-Jewish hate crimes led to a charge or summons in the same 12-month period, which was one in 26.
Left-wing activists stage nationwide shoplifting spree
Left-wing activists have started a shoplifting spree across Britain in protest against “billionaires hoarding wealth”.
Members of Take Back Power, which is viewed as the successor to Just Stop Oil, stole food from supermarkets in four cities on Saturday morning and donated it to food banks.
The activists claimed “liberating” produce from the branches of Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Tesco was “non-violent action to resist the super-rich”.

Transparency watchdog blasts ‘shocking’ Ontario plan to hide premier cellphone records

Ontario’s transparency watchdog says the Ford government’s planned overhaul of freedom of information laws is a “shocking” proposal designed to hide the premier’s cellphone records from the public.
New policy announced by the government on Friday morning will retroactively block the release of communications from the premier, government ministers, parliamentary assistants or their staff through access to information requests.
