Just a few weeks ago, a Halifax man named Shondre Jarvis was sentenced to three years’ jail for nearly killing a fellow African Nova Scotian. It happened at a house party in 2024, where adults and children alike had gathered to continue the celebration of their historically Black neighbourhood’s annual festival.
“Two Tiered Justice”
Cody Harper: another victim of two-tier policing
This week, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) decided to drop the charge against 20-year-old Cody Harper of assaulting an emergency worker.
🚨NEW: Following a review by the CPS, Cody Harper has had the charge of assaulting a police officer dropped

Nowak killer’s mother jailed for removing murder weapon
The mother of Henry Nowak’s killer has been jailed for three years after removing her son’s murder weapon from the scene.
Vickrum Digwa stabbed the university student with a large knife in the street in Southampton then handed the 8in blade to Kiran Kaur, 53, his mother.
The killing prompted accusations of two-tier policing after it emerged that officers had believed Digwa’s claims that he had been the victim of racist abuse.
Algerian caught trying to rape woman was let go by police
An Algerian who tried to rape a woman near Buckingham Palace was released by police despite being caught red-handed, a judge said.
Algerian-born Ramzi Barkat, 54, followed the lone woman out of St James’s Park, central London, in the early hours of Sept 7, 2024, Southwark Crown Court heard.
After his attempts to flirt with her were rejected, he tackled her to the ground, grabbed her wrists and “straddled” her, Judge Justin Cole said.
MANDEL: Toronto lawyer Jagdeep Sikh Virk who allegedly threatened to ‘smash in’ his lover’s face cleared to practise
A tribunal has ruled that a Toronto lawyer originally charged with intimate partner violence and making death threats can continue to practise.
The Law Society of Ontario wanted Jagdeep Sikh Virk, 47, placed on a temporary suspension – or at least, subject to practice restrictions – while he faced serious criminal charges. But in a recent decision, a panel of the Law Society Tribunal dismissed the motion, finding no risk to the public or to the public interest in the administration of justice.
How Britain’s cops became the armed wing of wokeness
Insulting Muhammad. Criticising a local councillor. Being a white lad who gets punched in the head by a gang of black kids. In Britain in 2026, these are the ‘crimes’ that get the cops off their arses. They might not be able to find the lowlifes who burgled your home or the gang members who groomed your daughter. But they’ll come running if you diss Islam or have a pop at a Green politician or commit the heinous sin of being white and male on a night out. Welcome to your two-tier tyranny.
What a mess.
Will there be justice for Henry Nowak?
Britain’s Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) have announced they are investigating two officers who attended the scene of Henry Nowak’s death. This does not necessarily mean they will face disciplinary proceedings, merely that such proceedings are now possible. This was probably the only course of action open to the IOPC, particularly after last week’s release of a transcript and more video footage of the incident, seemingly with the consent of the Nowak family. They paint both the police and the Digwas in an even more damning light.
Two-tier justice row as police arrest white man ‘assaulted by black men’
West Midlands Police have been accused of carrying out two-tier justice after a white man was arrested after being assaulted by several black men.
The force is facing calls to release full footage of the incident, which happened in Birmingham on June 21.
Footage shared on social media shows a white man being arrested following a physical confrontation with a group of black men.
Henry Nowak Mark II. A white man is set upon by some Africans & the West Midlands @WMPolice arrest him.
They must have seen 👀 he was not the aggressor. In two-tier Britain 🇬🇧 claiming self-defense will be rejected, unlike the Manchester Airport scum.

Henry Nowak’s killer ‘applies to have murder conviction quashed AND his sentence reduced’
Henry Nowak’s killer has launched a bid to have his murder conviction quashed and his sentence reduced.
Vickrum Digwa, 23, was jailed for life last month with a minimum 21-year term after he stabbed Mr Nowak, 18, to death in December with a ceremonial dagger.
Digwa did not know his teenage victim but ‘lied’ to officers at the scene by claiming Mr Nowak shouted racist abuse, punched him and knocked off his turban.
Criminally biased Officers in Henry Nowak case face gross misconduct investigation
Two police officers are being investigated for potential gross misconduct following the case of Henry Nowak, who was handcuffed and arrested as he lay dying, the police watchdog has said.
Nowak, 18, was fatally stabbed by Vickrum Digwa in December 2025. He was jailed for life on in June, with a minimum term of 21 years.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said evidence suggested the two officers who arrived first may have breached professional standards of duties and responsibilities, use of force, and discreditable conduct.
Britain’s Mirror-Image George Floyd Moment
A dead man; police accused of racism; horrific video footage; protesters taking to the streets; a racial reckoning. This describes not America in 2020 but Britain in 2026. And the dead man this time is not black but white.
Nigel Farage is right about two-tier Britain
On Sunday, Nigel Farage published the first in what he promised would be a series of essays. It’s a new initiative from the Reform UK leader to speak – unfiltered by the media – directly to the British public.
There’s plenty to sink one’s teeth into: the essay is 7,000 words, with a bibliography numbering over 80 sources. Nor does it pull any punches: titled, ‘Britain is a two-tier state – against white people’, Farage goes through education, healthcare, housing, policing, even the military, showing in each case how Britain’s obsession with identity politics has disadvantaged white British citizens.
Two-Tier Justice Is Breaking Our Country
Protests have rocked the United Kingdom following a murder conviction that raised stark questions about police conduct and equal treatment under the law. In December 2025, 18-year-old university student Henry Nowak was fatally stabbed during an altercation with Vickrum Digwa in Southampton.
When police arrived, Digwa claimed he was the victim of a racially motivated attack. Officers handcuffed Nowak in response, even as he pled innocence and said he could not breathe.
Indigenous woman’s background, trauma justify house arrest for DUI crash that killed her best friend: judge
An Indigenous woman from Winnipeg who killed her best friend and roommate in a drunk driving accident three years ago will be allowed to serve her sentence at home, largely because of her racial background and “life circumstances … shaped by a history of trauma and discrimination,” a judge ruled last month.
Jayden Starr Okemow, 23, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a blood alcohol level exceeding .08 causing the death of Hayley Linklater, but only after the Crown called the majority of its witnesses.
