FBI Compelled Apple, Google to Hand Over Information on Project Veritas Journalists in Biden Diary Probe

The FBI sought and obtained both subpoenas and orders prohibiting the subpoenaed parties—Apple and Google—from disclosing the existence of the subpoenas in the bureau’s investigation into a diary from Ashley Biden, President Joe Biden’s daughter, according to newly released documents.

The court filings show the FBI was seeking “evidence of communications regarding or in furtherance of the subject offenses, such as communications regarding Ashley Biden … and/or Ashley Biden’s associated regarding her stolen property.”

The bureau also was working to find evidence showing “the location of Ashley Biden’s property.”

The transgender prisoner who got a fellow inmate pregnant is a 27-year-old killer serving 30 years for the manslaughter of his foster father, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The head of the World Health Organisation has blasted the world’s focus on the horrific invasion of Ukraine, saying it shows the lack of ‘equal attention to black and white lives’.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus claimed other crises such as in his home country of Ethiopia do not receive the same concern as Putin’s war which has had major geopolitical consequences.

The health boss said current emergencies in Yemen, Afghanistan and Syria have only received a ‘fraction’ of the attention of Ukraine.

A Toronto criminal defence lawyer who admitted to professional misconduct for engaging in inappropriate behaviour with a client in custody on a terrorism charge is back in full unrestricted practice.

A Law Society of Ontario tribunal decision issued in February imposed a retroactive two-month suspension on Rishma Gupta, but ruled she doesn’t require further punishment due to her circumstances and remorse.

Another good reason lawyers should not discipline their own.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told reporters he thinks it’s “absolutely right” more people are using the word genocide to describe Russia’s actions in Ukraine, but stopped short of using the word himself.

“There are official processes around determinations of genocide, but I think it’s absolutely right that more people be talking and using the word genocide in terms of what Russia is doing, what Vladimir Putin has done,” Trudeau said at a news conference in Laval, Que.

TikTok suspends Welsh farmer for ‘bullying & harassing’ vegans after he posted video of him with a Turnip & explained vegetables are fertilised with manure

A celebrity farmer was kicked off TikTok for making light-hearted videos about vegans after he brandished a turnip while telling them there is no such thing as cruelty free food.

Gareth Wyn Jones’, 55, most recent clip aimed at veganism highlighted the fact that lots of vegetables, including the turnip he held in his hand, use cow manure as fertiliser.

Less than a day after posting this educational video, the Conwy producer discovered he had been banned from the platform, for ‘harassment and bullying’.

NYPD person of interest Frank R. James’ YouTube tirades about race, guns and Eric Adams exposed

A troubled man who railed against Mayor Eric Adams and made bizarre, threatening rants on YouTube has been identified as a person of interest in the savage Brooklyn subway attack that injured at least 23 people Tuesday morning, officials said.

Frank James — who warned last month that he was “entering the danger zone” — rented a U-Haul van tied to the N train attack in Sunset Park and is being sought for questioning, police said at an evening briefing.
