The intense part of the military operation in Rafah is almost over, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday night, explaining that the next goal is to bring an end to Hezbollah’s attacks along the country’s northern border.

“The intense phase of the war is about to end in Rafah,” after which the IDF will “continue mowing the grass all the time. We will not give up. We hit them hard,” Netanyahu said in a wide-ranging interview with Channel 14.

“In almost every abandoned house, an Arabic copy of Mein Kampf,” wrote Jake Wallis Simons in a Telegraph op-ed, arguing that the accusations of genocide against Israel in Gaza were unfounded and driven by misinformation. He stated, “Every aspect has been either disproven or cast into irretrievable doubt.”

Simons, the editor-in-chief of The Jewish Chronicle, highlighted that the Al-Ahli hospital bombing was not by Israel but by Islamic Jihad, and the casualty figures were exaggerated. “The combatant-to-civilian casualty ratio now likely stands at about 1:1, a historically low figure,” he noted. He also pointed out that the UN had downgraded the number of women and children casualties.

In school assembly after school assembly, in class after class, teachers and motivational speakers told my peers and me repeatedly: don’t be bystanders to bullying. If you see something say something. And above all, try your best to spread “small acts of kindness” wherever you go.

Netanyahu doubles down on decline in US arms shipments despite White House comments

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu defended his very public dispute with the White House over a slowdown in a the shipment of arms to Israel, noting that that there had a sharp decline.

“Four months ago, there was a dramatic decrease in the munitions coming to Israel from the US,” Netanyahu said during the weekly government meeting.

They turned into monsters

In most narratives about the war in Gaza, the war does not begin where it began. The war did not start in Gaza. The war began on October 7 – exactly 50 years after Egypt and Syria invaded Israel. Palestinian Hamas terrorists committed an unimaginable massacre in Israel.

They filmed themselves as heroes and celebrated their bloodbath. Their victory celebrations continued back home in Gaza, where the terrorists dragged severely abused hostages and presented them as spoils of war to the jubilant Palestinian population. This macabre jubilation extended all the way to Berlin. In the Neukölln district there was dancing on the streets and the Palestinian organization Samidoun distributed sweets. The internet was buzzing with happy comments.

Hezbollah claimed to have carried out six attacks on Israel on Friday. Saturday was relatively quiet in the morning, but Friday saw 21 incidents where sirens sounded in northern Israel. It was not clear if the number of claimed attacks matched what happened in the north.

Hezbollah has launched more than 5,000 attacks on Israel since October 7. Hezbollah has often suggested that if there was a ceasefire in Gaza, then it would stop its attacks on the north.
