Proof of Canadian citizenship certificates, which are provided to individuals who qualify as Canadian citizens on the basis of their ancestry, have become a hot commodity this year in the United States, following changes to Canada’s Citizenship Act last December that removed the generational limit on inheritance.

A Virginia school district has come under fire again after a student was allegedly caught taking photos of classmates in the bathroom.
A student believed to be transgender is reportedly being investigated at Freedom High School in the Loudoun County Public School District (LCPSD) for videotaping and photographing over 40 classmates in the bathrooms, according to local ABC affiliate WJLA.
Sources told WJLA that the issue has reportedly been occurring for three years. The outlet reported that Principal Tania Brown sent an email to parents notifying them of the incident at the end of April.
The Regina school that sent its students to a LandBack smut-on-stage “courtroom comedy” earlier this week quickly realized its mistake. It had a good excuse, at least: in a letter to parents after the fact, it explained that the performing arts theatre had indicated that the production was age-appropriate. Indeed, the theatre’s website does not mention the part where a drag queen plays a gyrating, rump-thrusting, boob-jiggling version of Queen Elizabeth II in an underbust corset.

GENEVA (AP) — Transgender women athletes are now excluded from women’s events at the Olympics after the IOC agreed to a new eligibility policy on Thursday which aligns with U.S. President Donald Trump’s executive order on sports ahead of the 2028 Los Angeles Games.
“Eligibility for any female category event at the Olympic Games or any other IOC event, including individual and team sports, is now limited to biological females,” the International Olympic Committee said, to be determined by a mandatory gene test once in an athlete’s career.

Well, here we are in 2026 and a Quebec teacher either lies to parents or loses their job. With the connivance of officials in the provincial government, the teacher is being ordered to renounce their conscience and commit, what is to them, an immoral and unethical act.
The organisation that oversees girl guide groups in the UK has said transgender girls must leave the organisation by September.
It follows an announcement in December by Girlguiding that it would no longer accept biological boys who identify as girls from joining.
It said the action was being taken in response to the Supreme Court ruling in 2025 that said sex meant biological sex in equality law.
