The toxic consequences of social justice dogma are finally exposed

The toxic consequences of social justice dogma are finally exposed

As Henry Nowak lay dying of stab wounds inflicted by Vickrum Digwa, the terrible, stifling and wholly predictable teachings of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) came to life, squawking with terrible glee. Knowing full well how much leverage there is in Britain in crying racism, Digwa did just that.

The Nowak murder is many things: disgusting, yowling abuse of all that is precious about our liberal democracy, a mockery of Enlightenment values and a human tragedy with the resonance of an Euripides play.

Canada is fast becoming the mirror image of England.

How bad will white rage get?

How bad will white rage get?

Is this the week that white identity in Britain has emerged as a significant political force?

The conviction of Henry Nowak’s killer and the release of police bodycam footage showing the 18-year-old student’s final moments in police custody have sparked outrage from politicians and the public.

The tragic loss of Nowak’s life was dramatically compounded by the injustice that led to it. Here was an innocent young man who died as a result of an aggressor using false allegations of a racist attack – and of the police swallowing those lies, and acting on them to the extent that they ignored Nowak’s desperate cries that he had been stabbed and couldn’t breathe.

It’s always worse …

J.D. Vance is right to defend the anger over Henry Nowak’s death

Henry Nowak’s murder, news of which quickly crossed the pond, has now morphed into a diplomatic row. The US State Department posted on X that:

“Ideological conditioning and two-tiered policing are glaring symptoms of civilizational decline. They must be rejected across the West.

How Britain Treats Actual Hate Crimes Committed By the ‘Right’ People

How Britain Treats Actual Hate Crimes Committed By the ‘Right’ People

I’ve been writing a lot about the horrific two-tier justice system in the United Kingdom this week, for obvious reasons.

So I might as well round out my week with another story, highlighting the differences between how ‘hate crimes’ (not a fan of that term, since a lot of crimes are motivated by hate, even if race and gender aren’t involved) committed by a member of a “protected class” (which should not exist) are reported.

Five Quick Things: Henry Nowak, the Inevitable British Civil War, and What It Means for Us

Five Quick Things: Henry Nowak, the Inevitable British Civil War, and What It Means for Us

Let’s just get into this, quickly, before something else horrible happens across the pond and this column goes out of date.

1. The Henry Nowak Case

It all happened in December of last year, and it’s taken seven months for this to finally come to a head with the release of the bodycam video of Henry Nowak, 18, a white British teenager who was stabbed to death by a Sikh wielding a ceremonial knife, bleeding out while in handcuffs, and telling police he couldn’t breathe before passing out.

Henry Nowak’s death shows how brainwashed Britain’s police have become

Henry Nowak’s death shows how brainwashed Britain’s police have become

I am crying. It is hard to write down the circumstances of the death of Henry Nowak without crying. Each time I think about how that young man met his end, I find myself consumed with sadness and a sense of raging disbelief. I admit I’ve become somewhat obsessed with the case because Henry’s murder, and the way Hampshire Police not only failed to help him but actively supported his killer to the point where they handcuffed the 18-year-old student and cruelly mocked him as he drowned in his own blood, is emblematic of how Britain has lost its way.

Does anyone in the GTA believe they can trust the police, I mean anyone who isn’t a government designated victim group enjoying two tiered policing and justice.

Jesse Kline: The CRA’s double standard on religious charities

Jesse Kline: The CRA’s double standard on religious charities

Is Canada’s systemic anti-Israel bias and preoccupation with political correctness and “anti-racism” preventing it from taking action against radicalization happening right under our noses?

The recent revelation that some attendees at a youth-focused talk at last week’s Muslim Association of Canada (MAC) convention in Toronto wrote “Jew free” in answer to a question about “what kind of community” they want to build, and that it was then prominently projected onto a screen with no objections from the audience or organizers, is not the first time the charity has been engulfed in controversy.

Girl raped by boys spared jail tells BBC judge’s decision was like ‘rock in my face’

Girl raped by boys spared jail tells BBC judge’s decision was like ‘rock in my face’

A girl who was raped by two teenage boys has told the BBC that a judge’s decision to spare them jail sentences was like a “rock straight in my face”.

Speaking exclusively to Laura Kuenssberg, the girl, now 16, said: “What was the point in putting me through that?”

The girl, who spoke anonymously alongside her family, said the judge’s decision “almost made it seem as if what the boys did was not OK, but it was OK in the eyes of the law because they were still children”.

Antiracism is poisoning British policing

Antiracism is poisoning British policing

Yesterday, Lord Daniel Hannan tweeted: “A man is stabbed to death by someone who accuses him of being a racist — and the first thing the police do on arrival is to handcuff the dying man.” Hannan speaks to a kind of “reverse Stephen Lawrence syndrome”, whereby conservative commentators view police as institutionally biased against white people. In 1999, the Macpherson Report into Lawrence’s murder was published, finding the Metropolitan Police liable for “institutional racism” in its handling of the case.

Met Police Faces Two-Tier Row Over Facial Recognition at Robinson Rally

London is preparing for one of the largest and most complex policing operations in recent years as tens of thousands are expected to attend two major demonstrations taking place on the same day in the capital.

The Metropolitan Police confirmed that live facial recognition (LFR) technology will be deployed at a rally organised by Tommy Robinson, but not at a nearby pro-Palestinian march marking Nakba Day, which commemorates Palestinian displacement and loss during the creation of Israel and the Arab-Israeli war in 1948. The decision has prompted criticism and fuelled claims of “two-tier policing” from political figures and commentators.

Jamie Sarkonak: Progressive judge spares violent loan shark criminal record to avoid deportation

Last month, it wasn’t just a judge who excused a Ghanaian work permit holder for beating a woman in the street over an unpaid loan. It was also the Crown prosecutor.

The 34-year-old, known only as E.A. due to a publication ban, admitted to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice that he lured a woman who owed him money into a basement to demand repayment. The victim’s account was that, at this point, he put her in a choke hold, tried to rape her and took her phone as collateral, but in court only the phone theft was established to have occurred. (E.A. had countered that there was no attempted raping or choking, that the woman had a motive to fabricate such a story, and that the woman chased him out).

Racial discrimination factors into reducing sentence for double shooting in Porsche

An Ontario judge whittled 13 months off a 14-year sentence for a man who shot two people due to the Muslim shooter’s youth, racial discrimination he experienced growing up in Toronto, and harsh pretrial jail conditions.

A jury in Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice convicted Yousaf Bilal Sheikh, 24, on two counts of attempted murder for shooting Mallory Walia and Ameen Jazei inside a white Porsche while he was in the front passenger seat on the evening of Nov. 29, 2022.
