Present tense: Many Canadian Jews have lost their sense of belonging in a country they no longer recognize

Talia Klein Leighton compares being a Canadian Jew since October 7 to a frog in a pot of boiling water.

“Every time I wake up and I realize that the water’s getting hotter, somebody greases the bowl,” Leighton, president of Canadian Women Against Antisemitism, told National Post. “The level of tolerance that this country seems to have adopted in terms of antisemitism is breathtaking.”

Not to minimize your concerns but welcome to my world.

Iran regime sympathizers sue Ford for defamation over Al-Quds Day of Toronto remarks

Iran regime sympathizers sue Ford for defamation over Al-Quds Day of Toronto remarks

The organizers behind Toronto’s annual Al-Quds Day rally are suing Premier Doug Ford for defamation.

Al Quds Outreach Committee Toronto filed a lawsuit against Ford, prepared at the end of April, alleging commentary he made about the rally was motivated by “malice” and displays racism.

The lawsuit refers to comments Ford made in a video released on YouTube in March.

“This demonstration is nothing more than a breeding ground for hate and antisemitism. It glorifies violence, it celebrates terrorism. It has no place in Ontario, it has no place in Canada,” he said in the video.

LILLEY: Liberals can’t sweep voting irregularities under rug

LILLEY: Liberals can’t sweep voting irregularities under rug

The mess that was the Ontario Liberal nomination race in Scarborough Southwest can’t simply be swept under the rug. The party is facing serious allegations of wrongdoing in the vote that happened over the weekend, and those must be answered, not ignored.

Nate Erskine-Smith, who lost by 19 votes to Ahsanul Hafiz, has claimed that there were 34 more ballots counted than there were recorded voters. He also said there were “repeated and serious inconsistencies with respect to proof of identification” and said there were “problematic actions in the voting area.”

Nothing will be done, the Liberals are as corrupt as the Muslims.

Besides Mohammed Erskine-Smith is only upset because he lost.

All 11 teachers accused of creating toxic climate at Montreal school have their licences revoked

All 11 teachers accused of creating toxic climate at Montreal school have their licences revoked

All 11 teachers who were suspended in 2024 after being accused of fostering a toxic climate at a Montreal elementary school have had their licences revoked, according to the office of Quebec’s education minister.

Confirmation of the 11 licences being revoked came on the same day the Education Ministry made public a final report into the situation at Bedford elementary school.

The revocation of the licences is the latest development in a saga that reignited the debate around secularism in the province and raised concerns about religious indoctrination in Quebec schools.

Nowhere in the Gaslighting CBC article is it noted that the 11 suspended teachers were Muslims.

OTTAWA — Parti Québécois Leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon said he believes there is “religious infiltration” and “Islamist infiltration” in Quebec schools in the wake of a sprawling controversy about a Montreal school where teachers were accused of creating a climate of terror.

‘I’m Going to Rape You, Dirty White Girl’

Remix News, the indispensable and unique news source chronicling the manifold glories of mass Muslim migration and multiculturalism in Europe, ran a video on Sunday containing the testimony of Celine, a 22-year-old girl in France, who“describes how two North African immigrants sexually harassed and threatened her and her friend.”

Celine recounted that one of the migrants said to one of the young women: “I’m going to rape you, dirty white girl… You’re scared, dirty white girl?”

October 7 barbarism beyond all imagination

October 7 barbarism beyond all imagination

Among the mutilated and butchered bodies of young women slaughtered on October 7, it was their colourful, polished nails that many of the morgue staff remember.

Bright, beautiful, shiny, pink manicures glistening amid the pervasive ‘grey and green’ of death were often the only reminder of who these girls had been just hours earlier.

Because Hamas-led terrorists had not just executed these women. They had ‘deliberately and systematically’ defiled them, as the most comprehensive account of the atrocity released by The Civil Commission today shows.

Sweden Drops ‘Islamophobia’, Votes for Free Speech

Sweden Drops ‘Islamophobia’, Votes for Free Speech

Sweden’s Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard recently announced that the Swedish government would be dropping not just the word but the entire concept of “Islamophobia,” out of a preference for freedom of speech.

“We are pushing for the term ‘Islamophobia’ to be replaced with what is called ‘anti-Muslim racism’ or ‘anti-Muslim hatred’ in English,” Stenergard said in response to a question from the Sweden Democrats party. Charges of “racist” or “Islamophobe” are being used worldwide to shut down anyone who questions or criticizes Islam or Islamist doctrines.

Sweden’s decision is long overdue.

Ontario Liberal Party stands by results in Scarborough Southwest nomination, as Erskine-Smith weighs options

The Ontario Liberal Party is standing by the results of its nomination contest in Scarborough Southwest as losing candidate Nate Erskine-Smith met with his team to discuss next steps after raising concerns about the race.

On Saturday, Liberal members in the east Toronto riding chose businessman Ahsanul Hafiz as their next provincial candidate in a yet-to-be-announced by-election, beating Mr. Erskine-Smith in a close contest. The nomination was seen as a critical step in Mr. Erskine-Smith’s plan to run for leader of the Ontario Liberal party. He is currently a federal MP for the neighbouring riding of Beaches-East York.

I am lovin it. The pandering pol got what he deserved.

The Islamic Colonization of Christianity

The Islamic Colonization of Christianity

Christianity is the most persecuted religion in the world, and yet the greatest threat to the faith is arguably not external but internal: the woke infiltration of Christian churches by subversive clergy in sheep’s clothing.

Examples abound. Most recently, at Georgia’s Vinings Lake Church, which describes itself as a “progressive, fully inclusive, diverse,” “ever-evolving spiritual collective,” pastor Cody Deese declared in a sermon that he doesn’t believe Christ died for our sins, which is the central claim of the faith. He says people in the first century AD might have believed that, but we don’t live in that culture anymore. He casually dismissed accusations that he is a heretic.

Spanish police fear Islamist terrorists are taking advantage of left-wing PM’s decision to open the door to 500,000 migrants and creating fake identities

Spanish police have warned that Islamist terrorists could exploit the government’s mass migrant legalisation programme, as reports of lost passports and identity documents surge among applicants.

Spain’s socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez approved a major initiative last month to grant legal status to half a million undocumented individuals, causing significant political backlash and triggering a ‘collapse’ in social services across the country.

And now, an internal memo from the National Police’s General Commissariat for Immigration and Borders revealed that complaints over missing documents have continued to rise sharply among migrants seeking to benefit from the scheme.

Iran-Linked Terror Network Spreads Fear Across Europe

Iran-Linked Terror Network Spreads Fear Across Europe

European intelligence agencies are investigating a growing wave of attacks on Jewish and Israeli-linked sites believed to be connected to a shadowy organisation known as Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiya (HAYI), which security officials suspect may operate as a proxy for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

The group, which emerged shortly after the start of the Iran war in late February, has claimed responsibility for a series of low-level attacks across at least seven European countries, including BritainBelgiumGermanyFrance, and the Netherlands.

The incidents have largely involved arson, vandalism, and small improvised explosive devices targeting synagogues, Jewish charities, and Iranian opposition organisations.
