President Donald Trump has once again shaken the Washington establishment by taking aim at the Smithsonian, lambasting its museums for promoting woke narratives instead of celebrating American achievement and a “bright future.” He has launched a 120-day review of eight major museums, including the National Museum of African American History and Culture, demanding the removal of what he calls “divisive” or “anti-American” content. This is not a trivial cultural critique; Trump frames it as a bold effort to restore patriotism and reclaim the nation’s historical narrative from the grip of woke ideology.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard began a fresh strike Tuesday against national security officials whom President Donald Trump deems political enemies, announcing she had revoked the clearances of 37 people, including several currently serving U.S. intelligence officials.

Gabbard’s unusual action targeted current and former officials involved in a 2017 assessment of Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election that the intelligence czar has sought to undermine, individuals involved in Trump’s impeachments during his first term, and an array of others who worked for former Democratic presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

These rascals have violated every law and every standard of decency, all while scolding us for our lack of refinement.

Long following — and long suffering — consumers of political news who lean Republican suffer from chronic pessimism. This may or may not be through fault of theirs, but the syndrome itself is too widespread to be deniable.

It works like this. If Democrats are in power and they announce an “investigation” of Republicans, we may rest assured those Repubs will be broke and broken at the end of the process.

Vice President JD Vance said in an interview Sunday that “a lot of people” are about to get indicted over the Obama administration’s machinations on so-called Russiagate.

Without divulging specific names of who will get charged, Vance pointed to recent disclosures from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard as ironclad evidence that there had been “an aggressive violation of the law” revolving around Russiagate.

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard overrode officials from the CIA and other intelligence agencies to release a “minimally redacted” version of declassified documents that shed light on the Obama administration’s fabricated Trump-Russia collusion narrative, sources told the Washington Post.

Jeffrey Epstein “loved life too much” to kill himself and was confident of securing bail before he died, his butler for 18 years has told The Telegraph.

In an interview that will heap renewed pressure on the Trump administration to make the Epstein files public, one of his closest aides said he had spoken to the paedophile financier before he died and insisted he had been in good spirits.

Valdson Vieira Cotrin, who ran Epstein’s Paris home, told The Telegraph he could not accept the official verdict of suicide and feared that his own life was in danger.
