Biden’s agenda was really a way to funnel billions of dollars to progressive activist groups.
On his first day in office, President Trump signed an executive order rolling back DEI policies across the federal bureaucracy. Moving almost as quickly, Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency investigators set off a firestorm by exposing the dubious spending priorities of USAID and other federal agencies. Now the White House is starting to dismantle the Biden administration’s vast “environmental justice” apparatus. Last week, Environmental Protection Agency administrator Lee Zeldin placed 160 employees in the agency’s Office of Environmental Justice and External Civil Rights on paid leave. The move leaves “the environmental justice program at EPA on life support,” that office’s former deputy assistant administrator, Matthew Tejada, told NPR.

USAID is only one outpost of a corrupted humanitarian establishment.
In the past couple of weeks, devastating information has erupted into the public domain detailing the malign activities of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The Trump administration has effectively shut USAID down by freezing its existing foreign assistance programs, worth around $70 billion per year, and putting the agency under the oversight of U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio as acting director.

Government dollars flowed to the infamous terror group, watchdogs found.
The most striking aspect of President Donald Trump’s dismantling of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) isn’t that unsavory aid recipients have misused taxpayer dollars. It’s that anyone is shocked by the revelations of waste, fraud, and abuse. After all, watchdog groups have sounded the alarm for years about misuse of USAID funds.
People shouldn’t just be enraged by USAID’s wasteful spending. They should also focus on what that spending supported—particularly when it promoted terror or aligned with Hamas’s interests.
The revelation that The New York Times and Politico received millions collectively in taxpayer dollars from a slew of US government agencies sparked public outrage. But a new investigation by MRC Business will make the scandal of government-funded media even worse.
Every so often, I get reminded that I’m old, and I’ve been programming for almost 60 years, which is a long time. But 60 years in the business means I’ve seen a lot of things that young naïve programmers have never seen.
This comes up often when people talk about DOGE and the Wizards Academy Musk has put together to help investigate fraud, abuse, and, probably most of all, bureaucratic stupidity.
The U.S. underwrites a variety of international organizations that make up a global deep state.
President Trump has cut funding to some egregious United Nations agencies and ordered a review of all funding for the U.N. and other international organizations. Executive orders cutting taxpayer funding for diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and trans ideology won’t fully ensure the U.S. taxpayer isn’t paying for such programs without taking on the global deep state. These priorities are baked in to the institutional structure of international organizations that the U.S. underwrites.
In fiscal 2022, the U.S. government provided more than $21 billion to 179 international organizations and multilateral entities. The entries fill 455 pages of a State Department report. This is on top of the direct foreign aid that went to radical progressive causes via the U.S. Agency for International Development.

The new border tsar, Tom Homan, says investigators are closing in on the person responsible for leaking the details of a major Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid at Aurora, Colorado that derailed a slew of potential arrests.

As more details emerge about the deep state’s coordinated efforts to undermine President Donald Trump during the 2020 election, it’s clear that not only is Trump right to overhaul our bloated bureaucracy, but that more federal employees need to be shown the door.
Trump has offered a buyout to millions of federal employees, ended remote work, and has cut foreign aid to millions around the world in an effort to drain the swamp. By slashing unnecessary slush funds, he’s reducing the bloated federal workforce that’s been leeching off taxpayers.
You couldn’t invent a scene that better explains our current politics than the one last week outside the Treasury in Washington. Some genius in the Democratic Party evidently thought it a good idea to put some of the party’s most prominent faces, most notably Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, in front of the cameras to protest Elon Musk’s efforts to get inside the books of the federal government in his presidentially mandated campaign to root out inefficiency.
Picture it: The Democrats, onetime tribunes of the people, fiercely defending government employees from the taxpayers; the party of the oppressed putting it all on the line to protect federal bureaucrats from the people they’re supposed to serve.
