A majority of Supreme Court justices appear poised to uphold state laws protecting women’s sports from trans-identifying men.
The high court held oral arguments on Tuesday in Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J., which center around statutes passed by Idaho and West Virginia stipulating that girls’ sports are reserved for females. The justices will address the question of whether the laws violate the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause, or, in West Virginia’s case, Title IX.
The hammer-wielding suspect accused of smashing four windows at Vice President JD Vance’s Ohio home is a transgender woman who enjoyed a luxurious upbringing filled with privilege.
William D DeFoor, 26, was charged early Monday with one count each of obstructing official business, criminal damaging or endangering, criminal trespass and vandalism after an overnight break-in at Vance’s $1.4 million Cincinnati residence.
DeFoor – who is understood to have gone by Davis while attending an elite $27,000 per year Catholic high school – appears to have transitioned to female and now goes by the name Julia.

Audrey Elizabeth Hale, a woman who falsely identified as a man, shot up a Christian school in Nashville, murdering three children and three adults. The media first tried to bury her ‘transgender’ identity and the authorities spent two years trying to suppress her motive.

Imagine asking a child as young as 10 to consider whether they want to freeze their sperm or eggs in order to one day have babies, should they become infertile. It sounds patently insane.
However, that’s what researchers with the U.K.’s NHS will do to children who identify as transgender and who are approved to participate in a new puberty-blocking drug trial — the only legal way for minors to take these drugs in the U.K.

On December 8, members of the Toronto chapter of Pflag—a volunteer group dedicated to “creating a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them”—received an unusual email.
