A pub has been closed after inspectors found multiple food hygiene problems, including a food handler who was observed repeatedly scratching his bottom.
The Bulls Head in Denby, Derbyshire, was told to improve its procedures following the inspection, including an instruction that food handlers “must not repeatedly touch/scratch their backsides”.
City bureaucrats ordered a 140-year-old stone carving depicting Christopher Columbus to be removed from display and hidden in a wooden area in Scarborough’s Guild Park in 2021, the Toronto Sun has learned.

REGINA — Saskatchewan’s two largest school divisions say they’ve addressed concerns from teachers and are enforcing the province’s pronoun law as children head back to classrooms next week.
Jason Coleman, superintendent of student achievement at Regina Public Schools, said students under 16 who want to change their names or pronouns in school are required to have parental consent. Older students can do so without it.

A Nigerian woman based in Ontario, Canada, has appeared in a disturbing video calling for the killing of Yoruba people of the South-Western Nigeria and Benin people in Edo State, a South-South state, through mass poisoning.
The woman – who is probably an Igbo, made the call in a TikTok live meeting video trending on social media, and vowed to start poisoning foods and waters of Yoruba and Benin people at her place of work.
She asked people of the South-East region of Nigeria, inhabited by the Igbo people to develop a ‘hard heart’ and start poisoning Yoruba people of the South-West and Benin people of the South-South by poisoning their foods and waters anywhere they see them.
