The founder of Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East, a prominent anti-Israel group in Canada, resigned from his post in late December, citing ongoing opposition to his leadership “as a non-Palestinian” among activists.

In a lengthy goodbye email to supporters, founder and president Thomas Woodley says that since the October 7 Hamas attacks on Israel, the anti-Israel activist movement has come to see Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East (CJPME) as illegitimate because of its non-Palestinian leadership.

Trans police can hold multiple warrant cards for different genders

Police forces are allowing transgender officers to carry multiple warrant cards for their different gender identities, it has emerged.

At least 11 forces in England and Wales and Police Scotland use the policy, freedom of information responses revealed. Some trans officers receive two warrant cards, or more if they are gender fluid.

Two thirds of UK police forces also allow male officers and civilian staff who identify as women to use women’s showers, toilets and changing rooms, according to the responses.

Largest ever stockpile of explosives found in garage of #nolivesmatter farmer

The FBI has announced the seizure of the biggest stockpile of explosives in its history, which were found in a farmer’s garage alongside an extremist icon on a backpack.

Agents found more than 150 homemade bombs while searching the Virginia home of 36-year-old Brad Spafford after being tipped off by a neighbour that he was hoarding weapons and ammunition.

Authorities said six of the bombs were found in a backpack that had a patch labelled “#nolivesmatter”.

Whitney Cummings brutally savages Dems for ‘holding up a body’ in 2024

Comedian Whitney Cummings savaged the Democrats and CNN to host Anderson Cooper and co-host Andy Cohen’s faces on their annual New Year’s Eve blowout.

Cummings, a standup comic with several specials, TV series, films and a book to her name, was appearing to offer some harsh jokes to ‘roast’ 2024.

She started out lashing the Democrats for continuing to stand by Joe Biden until well past his Georgia debate disaster.

Donald Trump has denied he has changed his position on H-1B visas after the subject fractured the MAGAverse.

The President-elect spoke to reporters on the red carpet as he and first lady Melania Trump arrived at his annual New Year’s Eve bash at Mar-a-Lago.

The incoming commander-in-chief was asked why he changed his mind and publicly backed the H-1B visa program.

He hasn’t been sworn in yet and already he’s disappointing his base.

British girls outdrink boys — and most of Europe

Teenage girls in the UK are more likely to get “repeatedly drunk” than their peers from almost anywhere else in Europe, a study has revealed.

Only those in Hungary, Denmark and Italy outdrink British girls, according to research by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

More than a third of 15-year-old girls in the UK have been drunk at least twice, compared with less than a quarter of boys the same age.

Explosive device found at scene

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Ten people were killed and 30 were injured when a vehicle drove into a crowd on New Orleans’ famed Canal and Bourbon Street in the first hours of New Year’s Day, according to NOLA Ready, the city’s emergency preparedness agency.

New Orleans police earlier said they were responding to a mass casualty incident on Wednesday that included fatalities. NOLA Ready advised people to stay away from the area.

It said the injured had been taken to five local hospitals.
