A mysterious object resembling military hardware has been spotted floating at sea. Indonesian military has acknowledged the bizarre occurrence, yet was unable to intercept the object that floated away.

Photos of the mysterious object emerged on Indonesian social media last week and promptly went viral. According to local media, the pictures were snapped by oil rig workers on the Natuna Sea – a vast, shallow basin in the southernmost portion of the South China Sea and located largely in Indonesia’s territorial waters.

A traditional initiation rite in South Africa’s Eastern Cape province has left 23 Xhosa teenagers dead. Provincial premier Oscar Mabuyane has called for those responsible to be charged with murder.

The dead succumbed to dehydration or sepsis from circumcision at the start of the ceremony, which lasts between two and six months.

Last night at a Macy’s in San José, California, swift and aggressive internal security action thwarted an attempted group robbery. Following the arrival of police, two citizens apparently unconnected with the robbers were arrested for interfering with the police as they attempted to apprehend the suspects.

The setup here is Harris doing an interview yesterday with a host named Charlamagne Tha God, and toward the end, things really went off the rails for everyone involved. What started the sequence of cringe was Charlamagne asking Harris who the “real president” is in relation to Joe Manchin blocking the “Build Back Better” bill.

Several US appellate judges expressed concerns during a hearing on Wednesday over how the 2020 trial of disgraced former film producer Harvey Weinstein was handled, according to media reports from the courtroom.

The disgraced Hollywood mogul was sentenced to 23 years in jail last year after a jury found him guilty of rape and sexual assault. He currently faces additional charges of sexual misconduct, with a maximum penalty of 140 years behind bars.
