Meet the Maga moms inspired to have children for Trump

Los Angeles-born and Ivy League-educated, Peachy Keenan isn’t the typical picture of a pro-natalist.

Yet the married, mother of five is part of a growing movement of mostly Catholic, well-educated women in deep blue California inspired by Donald Trump’s calls to have more children.

“To save the country, we need to get out and push the babies out, and to do it in mass scale,” she said.

Trump to build national center for homeless veterans with funds previously spent on housing for illegal aliens

President Donald Trump on Friday signed an executive order to establish a national center for homeless veterans with redirected funds previously spent on services for illegal aliens, Fox News Digital has learned.

The president’s order directs the secretary of veterans affairs to establish the National Center for Warrior Independence on the Veterans Affairs campus in West Los Angeles.

Trump makes a simple act of decency seem out of the ordinary so used are we to a political class of self serving incompetents.

Trump grants ‘persecuted’ white South Africans refugee status

The first white South Africans to be granted refugee status by President Trump are set to arrive in the US next week.

More than 50 Afrikaners, descendants of mainly Dutch colonisers, are expected to arrive at Washington’s Dulles airport as early as Monday. The group have been granted P1 refugee status, which, according to the US State Department, is given to individual cases “by virtue of their circumstances and apparent need for resettlement”, sources said.

Why Trump?

The question comes to me from more and more Europeans these days: “Do you still support Donald Trump after all of this?”

By “all of this,” they usually mean the bizarre and destructive tariffs regime the White House rolled out in April, on what Trump called “Liberation Day.” But there is more, of course: Trump’s harsh deportation regime against illegal migrants, his substantive assault on universities, his wrecking of the NATO alliance, his weird trolling of Canada (“America’s 51st State”) and Denmark, over Greenland, et cetera.

From One Fake Left-wing Hysteria to the Next

The decade-old age of fables like Russian collusion, laptop disinformation, or the pangolin/bat cause of COVID is not over; it is just hitting midstream.

For much of April, amid stock downturns, in the classical paranoid style, we were assured by the Wall Street Journal news reporters and the liberal press that Trump had either a) guaranteed an inevitable recession, b) engineered a losing trade war he likely regretted, c) crashed the stock market, d) lost his once majority favorability ratings, e) mostly had a failed first 100 days, or f) all of the above.

Some of us thought these diagnoses and prognoses were absurd. How in mediis rebus, during a radical counterrevolution never quite seen before, could anyone issue such bleak predictions? Would these same observers have said the U.S. was doomed to lose World War II after the bleak first five months of mostly failure in the Pacific, or North Africa, after the utter U.S. army disaster at the Kasserine Pass?

The California ‘surfers for Trump’ revolting against Gavin Newsom

Along an idyllic stretch of the California coastline, a gaggle of bronzed surfers tackle magnificent waves whipped up in the Pacific Ocean by gale-force winds.

Most of the time, Huntington Beach is a surfing haven – but even when it isn’t, nothing stops the long-haired, wetsuit-clad crowd who turn up with their boards in all weathers.

This is America’s “surf city”, a title it fought a 15-month court battle to keep.

‘He loves us and he’s doing it’: Trump fans’ faith undimmed by first 100 days

In Trump they trust. While pundits and protesters have called it 100 days of hell, talk to Donald Trump’s most faithful supporters and you will hear them use words such as “amazing”, “fantastic” and “ecstatic” about his presidency.

The Trump base, that amorphous group that has long intrigued pollsters, remains rock solid in its support for the 78-year-old and quite ingenious in finding new ways to eulogise his leadership.

Interviews with 10 Trump fans at a campaign-style rally in Warren, Michigan, on Tuesday seemed to occupy a different planet from opinion polls that give him the lowest 100-day job approval rating of any president in the past 80 years.

I think the author is so sophisticated he no longer understands anything.

Trump Signs Executive Order to End Tax Money for ‘Radical, Woke’ PBS and NPR

Late on Thursday night, President Donald Trump signed an executive order to cut taxpayer funds to PBS and NPR through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. The text was posted on the Trump team’s “Rapid Response 47” account on X.

It said: “@POTUS just signed an executive order ENDING the taxpayer subsidization of NPR and PBS — which receive millions from taxpayers to spread radical, woke propaganda disguised as ‘news.’”

Trump Didn’t Have to Humiliate ’60 Minutes’ Like This, but He Did It Anyway

President Donald Trump slammed CBS, Paramount, and the television show “60 Minutes” in a long post on Truth Social.

The president on Wednesday said his lawsuit against the three entities “is a true WINNER” and claimed they “cheated and defrauded the American People at levels never seen before in the Political Arena.”

The Trump I know and why he is different this time

The president has learnt the lessons of his first term and is more willing than ever to trust his political instincts

President Donald Trump’s impatience was evident the first time he chatted with journalists at the back of Air Force One after returning to power.

I was among the small press pool as we flew from Las Vegas to Miami, and listened to my colleagues soften him up: “Is it nice to be back on Air Force One? Are you still planning to change the paint scheme?”

Mr Trump scanned the faces in front of him with a bemused expression as if to say: “Jeez, I’m the commander in chief. Is this the best you’ve got?”

Trump challenges the Fed

President Trump has signed an executive order creating a United Sovereign Wealth Fund and Strategic Cryptocurrency Reserve. Sovereign Wealth Funds have been created in countries with surplus revenue, such as the oil-exporting Gulf states. The federal government is projected to incur deficits and accumulate debt for the foreseeable future. President Trump states that the Sovereign Wealth Fund will not be financed with debt or increased taxes, so the question is how will the Fund be financed? There are several scenarios, all of which pose problems for the Federal Reserve.

Top Producer of ‘60 Minutes’ Quits, Saying He Lost Independence

CBS News entered a new period of turmoil on Tuesday after the executive producer of “60 Minutes,” Bill Owens, said that he would resign from the long-running Sunday news program because he had lost his journalistic independence.

In an extraordinary declaration, Mr. Owens — only the third person to run the program in its 57-year history — told his staff in a memo that “over the past months, it has become clear that I would not be allowed to run the show as I have always run it, to make independent decisions based on what was right for ‘60 Minutes,’ right for the audience.”
