Opposing gangs of violent Trudeau replacement migrants told to disperse after weapons seen in Brampton clash

Peel police have ordered a large crowd gathered for a demonstration outside a Hindu temple in Brampton to disperse after officers observed weapons.

In a post on social media Monday evening, police said the demonstration on The Gore Road near Tyler Avenue had been declared an “unlawful assembly” due to the presence of weapons within the crowd, and as a result, the Public Order Unit had been deployed to clear the area.

“All individuals are to disperse immediately or face arrest,” police added.

Temporary residents will face tougher odds of becoming permanent residents after the federal government cut immigration rates for the next three years, raising the ire of foreign students and workers who have spent considerable time and money in pursuit of building their lives in Canada.

Many chose Canada as a destination because it offers pathways to permanent residency for those with a Canadian education and work experience. But as the temporary resident population has soared in recent years, the competition for PR status has become stiffer – and now there are fewer spots available.

We need to take our country back.

Trudeau’s Liberals are trying to save the Canadian consensus on immigration — and their legacy types an obedient CBC

Reports about the death of Canada’s immigration consensus have arguably been exaggerated. But there are warning signs — both for the public’s attitude toward immigration and for the Trudeau government’s legacy.

The clearest evidence that the consensus is in some danger can be found in polling conducted by the Environ ics Institute. For 50 years, Environics has been asking Canadians whether they agree or disagree with the statement that “overall there is too much immigration in Canada.”

For nearly 25 years, starting in the late 1990s, a majority of Canadians disagreed with that statement. In 2022, the gap was particularly wide — 69 per cent disagreed, just 27 per cent agreed.

Ontario to effectively bar international students from medical schools starting in 2026

The Ontario government will effectively bar international students from attending medical schools beginning in the fall of 2026, while also covering tuition for more than 1,000 students who commit to becoming a family doctor in the province.

Premier Doug Ford and Health Minister Sylvia Jones said Friday upcoming legislation will ensure at least 95 per cent of medical school spots will be reserved for residents of Ontario. The remaining five per cent will be for students from elsewhere in Canada.

The change will only represent a small shift in enrolment, as roughly 88 per cent of all medical school spots in Ontario are already held by residents of the province, a health ministry official said.
