Two of the key figures in the story of Covid’s origins gave away vital new information last week before the US Congress.
One of these figures is Ralph Baric, the University of North Carolina professor who invented ingenious techniques for genetically altering coronaviruses. He effectively taught scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China how to do ‘gain of function’ experiments with bat-derived sarbecoviruses to make them more infectious or lethal in humanised mice. The other figure is Peter Daszak, the highly paid president of the non-profit, EcoHealth Alliance. Over many years, EcoHealth Alliance has channelled large sums of US taxpayer money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for ‘gain of function’ experimentation, and for finding new sarbecoviruses in bats.

The Landgericht Koblenz court in western Germany announced on Friday that it had accepted the charges against the trio.
They are accused of forming a group they called “Paladin” that allegedly planned to offer armed resistance to COVID-related “lockdowns” and other restrictions in Germany.
Prosecutors allege that the three men took part in paramilitary-style training exercises between February and May of 2021 and also that they used 3D printing to generate makeshift weapon parts and ammunition.

How can a vaccine that was once actively promoted by the Government and celebrated with knighthoods, standing ovations and even Barbie dolls rapidly lose its credibility? Although the company claims it’s due to commercial reasons, early indications of potentially harmful side-effects were overlooked, resulting in significant costs to patients and its ultimate downfall.
‘I will never stop reporting on this. I’m beating the drum on: You need a 9/11-style commission on what worked and what didn’t, because it’s not over…’

The United States shared “gobsmacking” evidence with Britain at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic that suggested a “high likelihood” that the virus had leaked from a Chinese lab, The Telegraph can reveal.
Five Eyes intelligence-sharing nations were convened in Jan 2021 to discuss the possibility of a “lab leak”, as the US warned that China had covered up research on coronaviruses and military activity at a laboratory in Wuhan.
In a previously unreported phone call in Jan 2021, Mike Pompeo, the former US secretary of state, presented evidence that supported the lab leak theory to his counterparts, Dominic Raab, then the Foreign Secretary, and representatives from Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

COVID-19 was a massive, deadly public-health emergency that hospitalized hundreds of thousands of Canadians and killed more than 59,000. The pandemic, with its public-health measures, stole life experiences from our children, caused economic hardship, and it increased social isolation, substance use and mental-health disorders. It stretched health care workers and systems to the breaking point, and left an ever-widening chasm within society.

A lawsuit launched more than two years ago by a group of former Toronto Metropolitan University students over the school’s COVID vaccination policy has been given clearance to proceed.
Ryan O’Connor has been representing 18 students from the university, which was formerly known as Ryerson, since they launched their lawsuit in 2022. Despite the long delay, a judge has now decided that enough evidence exists to move the case to discovery, he told The Epoch Times.

After learning that samples of deadly Ebola and Nipah viruses had been sent from Canada’s top-security lab in Winnipeg to China, Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc said his reaction was similar to that of an MP who expressed incredulity upon learning of the move.
“I’m really concerned about the March 2019 incident where [Winnipeg lab scientists Xiangguo Qiu and Keding Cheng] were implicated in a shipment of live Ebola in Hanipah [Nipah] viruses on a commercial Air Canada flight. How the hell did that happen?” NDP MP Charlie Angus asked during a House of Commons Canada-China committee meeting on April 15.

A damning report on the Edmonton Police Service’s (EPS) COVID-19 response alleges leadership knew vaccines caused “serious” injury, then mandated them for officers and civilian employees, anyway.
EPS employees were discouraged from asking questions about safety and penalized — some severely so — for refusing the jab. Today however, documents released under information access requests show there are members on short or long-term disability due to vaccine-related injuries.

“The obvious injustice perpetrated against Cst. Brisco by less-than-ethical police management and pseudo-jurists at the police commission is an odious display of malicious prosecution of Brisco and by implication of any honest police officer….”

Elon Musk’s X says it’s funding legal bills for a Canadian doctor previously chastised by regulators for her tweets about COVID-19.
In a post to the X News account on Sunday morning, the company formerly known as Twitter wrote that it’s “proud to defend” Dr. Kulvinder Kaur Gill against what it calls “government-supported efforts to cancel her speech.”

Fired Winnipeg lab scientists and married couple Xiangguo Qiu and Keding Cheng are actively engaged in research work in China with various organizations, some of which have close links to the Chinese military, an investigation by The Epoch Times shows.
The two are also using aliases in some instances, while Ms. Qiu has been filing patents related to her area of research in Canada.
The case of Ottawa Police Detective Helen Grus and her investigation into a cluster of Sudden Infant Deaths in the Ottawa area is being raised in Canada’s Parliament. According to the rules, the Government must now provide a written answer within 45 days.

SAO PAULO (AP) — Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro was formally accused Tuesday of falsifying his COVID-19 vaccination data, marking the first indictment for the embattled far-right leader, with more allegations potentially in store.
