Hollywood actor Bradley Whitford, known for his roles in The West Wing, Get Out, and The Handmaid’s Tale, said President Donald Trump “set the stage for” a Minnesota state representative and her husband being murdered at their home on Saturday morning and a state senator and his wife who were also attacked and shot multiple times. The suspected assassin has been identified as Vance Luther Bolter, appointed by Governor Walz to the Workforce Development Board in 2019 and whom Minnesota police say had Anti-Trump “No Kings” fliers in the vehicle he left behind as he fled officers on foot.

The Department of Homeland Security fired back at reality TV star Kim Kardashian, who took a hammer to ICE deportations on Tuesday, accusing ICE of “ripping people from their families.”

The ill-informed celebrity — who is mostly just famous for being famous — urged her fans to protest against Immigration and Customs Enforcement for daring to enforce federal immigration laws, saying, “when we witness innocent, hardworking people being ripped from their families in inhumane ways, we have to speak up.”

During the latest episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, U2 frontman Bono made some absurd claims about DOGE cuts to USAID, highlighting what he claimed were the devastating consequences of abruptly halting foreign aid programs.

Bono sounded the alarm over what he called a “hard cut” to American international aid, claiming the consequences have already turned deadly. “Just [a] recent report—it’s not proven—but the surveillance enough suggests 300,000 people have already died from just this cutoff,” he said, referencing the global food shortages tied to the funding freeze.

Bono says ‘the whole world is in awe’ of Canada, takes shots at Pierre Poilievre and Donald Trump

U2 frontman Bono had some kind words to say about Canada during a TV appearance on Global News on Monday.

“I was always a fan of your mosaic, your culture, your … kind of reason, and never more so than now,” the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame singer said on “The Morning Show.”

He then shared some thoughts about the recent Canadian federal election, in which Prime Minister Mark Carney‘s Liberals defeated the Pierre Poilievre’s Conservatives.

President Trump has called for an investigation into celebrities who supported Kamala Harris during the election, accusing stars including Bruce Springsteen and Beyoncé of “illegal campaign contributions”.

The president criticised Harris for her celebrity-filled rallies in the final weeks of the 2024 election, singling out Springsteen, Beyoncé, U2’s Bono and the billionaire talk show host Oprah Winfrey.

“How much did Kamala Harris pay Bruce Springsteen for his poor performance during her campaign for president? Why did he accept that money if he is such a fan of hers? Isn’t that a major and illegal campaign contribution?” Trump wrote in block capitals on his Truth Social platform. “What about Beyoncé? … And how much went to Oprah, and Bono???”

In yet another rant from Ireland, Rosie O’Donnell took to her TikTok account to accuse President Donald Trump of cheating during the election, said she hopes that the names of ICE agents are revealed, and said she has to take drugs to get to sleep.

O’Donnell variously claimed Trump cheated during the 2024 election, hoped that activists could out federal immigration agents, and even falsely claimed that Trump is violating the U.S. Constitution — the “molluments clause,” as she put it — by taking a plane from Qatar, not to mention her discussion of some of the drugs she is on.
