Breonna Taylor: Jury deadlocks over ex-officer Brett Hankison’s fate

The federal trial of an ex-police officer accused of violating Breonna Taylor’s civil rights has ended in a mistrial with a deadlocked jury.

It marks the second time Brett Hankison has avoided a conviction relating to the case, after he was found not guilty on state charges last year.

Ms Taylor was killed in a botched police raid in Louisville, Kentucky, on 13 March 2020.

Her name became a rallying cry at racial justice protests nationwide.

It was not immediately clear whether prosecutors would seek a re-trial.

How George Floyd Actually Died

An adrenaline-caused catecholamine crisis leading to bi-lateral heart failure seems the most likely cause.

As it happens, my office overlooks the main drag of Kansas City’s counterculture/ homeless hub. On one lonely day during the weird COVID spring of 2020, I heard screaming out on the street, not unusual here, but when it persisted, I went down to check it out.

What I saw wasn’t pretty. A white male Kansas City police officer was kneeling on the neck of a woman. My first thought? “Thank God she’s white.” The woman was large and rambunctious. Using just a well-applied knee, the officer managed to hold her in place for at least ten minutes until back-up arrived. The arriving cops slipped a Hannibal-the-Cannibal mask over her face. That wasn’t pretty either. Take-downs never are. I had considered recording the incident on my cellphone, but I chose not to. In retrospect, I should have.

Marilyn Mosby Finally Gets a Conviction. Her Own.

You may remember Marilyn Mosby, the former State’s Attorney for Baltimore, from the fraudulent Freddie Gray case, a drug dealer who was injured and died in the back of a police van. This was before the George Floyd case normalized jury misconduct in police kangaroo trials and Mosby managed to lose every case.

The good news is that she finally got a conviction. Her own.

Chauvin Did Not Murder George Floyd And Prosecutors Knew It.

Thanks to the release of depositions in a sexual harassment law suit, we now know just how thoroughly corrupt was the prosecution of former Minneapolis police offer Derek Chauvin and his three colleagues in the May 2020 death of George Floyd.

The depositions were taken this summer in response to a lawsuit filed by Amy Sweasy, a former Hennepin County prosecutor, against her then boss, former County Attorney Mike Freeman. Sweasy alleges that Freeman engaged in sex discrimination and professional retaliation. Whatever Freeman did or did not do to Sweasy, however, pales in comparison to what both of them and their colleagues did to the cops they prosecuted and the justice system they undermined.

“The Whole George Floyd Story Was A Lie”: Tucker Carlson

Tucker Carlson just challenged one of the left’s most sacred of cows – George Floyd, an ex-con who died with an elephant-dose of fentanyl in his system and a history of health issues, while in custody of Minneapolis police on May 25, 2020.

ADL’s Jonathan Greenblatt Must Go

Over three years ago, I started writing articles about the evils of BLM, which has always been committed to the destruction of Israel, even having it as part of their manifesto. I was castigated by other rabbis and Jewish leaders, who were adamant that BLM wasn’t really anti-Semitic. Reform and Conservative Rabbis touted BLM, and raised hundreds of millions of dollars for this corrupt and evil organization, most of which ended up in the pockets of its leaders. Not one of those leaders has now admitted they were wrong to ever support BLM, even as they now are starting to finally condemn it.

BLM Chicago goes on posting rampage as it doubles down on its support of Palestine after issuing a sarcastic apology

BLM Chicago has gone on a posting rampage as it doubles down on its support for Palestine – even though the group issued a sarcastic apology and deleted its offensive post using an image of a paraglider with a Palestinian flag.

They removed the original post – which is similar to the Hamas terrorists who paraglided into an Israeli music festival to viciously murder 260 innocent attendees.

Their half-hearted, sarcastic apology on Wednesday read: ‘Yesterday we sent out msgs [messages] that we aren’t proud of.

Black Lives Matter: Hamas massacre must not be condemned

Black Lives Matter Grassroots issued a statement today (Tuesday) reiterating the organization’s support for the Palestinian cause following the Hamas massacre of over 900 Israelis on Saturday, and even said that Hamas should not be condemned for the deadliest attack on Jews since the Nazi Holocaust.

“As the world is faced with deep questions about self-determination, as we all desire and pray for a world of peace, we must stand unwaveringly on the side of the oppressed. When a people has been subject to decades of apartheid and unimaginable violence, their resistance must not be condemned but understood as a desperate act of self-defense,” Black Lives Matter Grassroots stated.

I’m pretty sure white supremacists put them up to this.

American Despotism: Black Radical Activists vs. Law Enforcement

The struggle planted the seed for the politicization and law-breaking we see today.

Through the 1960s and early 1970s, black discontent grew. Although progress was made, the level of discontent was increasing. Black Americans put up with a lot when they thought there was no alternative to segregation and embedded discrimination. When they knew they could be jailed — or killed — for speaking out, there was an understandable reluctance to try to change things.
